My husband ordered the chopped brisket sandwich and enjoyed it as well. The service was outstanding. My only concern is that it's a bit far from my home, but I definitely plan to return. This place is amazing! Spent a couple of hours on the patio enjoying the Pit Master Platter. The ribs, smoked turkey, brisket (fat side of course) smoked wings and chopped pork were divine!! The collards, Mac and cheese and fried okra were as good as any I've had! The staff is attentive and quick! Do yourself a favor and get to Ford's!!!

The barbecue here was good, but I was disappointed to see an automatic 21% gratuity added to our bill for our party of six, especially after receiving mediocre service. I'm not against tipping well, but I believe the decision should be left to the guests. At the very least, the restaurant should provide exceptional service to warrant that automatic tip.
