Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

The Chilli Dog was yummy. Ive ordered it before and was pleased. Have the sundae in the freezer. To full to eat it yet but nobody makes a better sundae

I waited on line for 40 minutes. My burger was SALTY and overcooked with two whole slices of onion. Fries were warm and tasty. Restaurant was out of strawberries for shakes.

I usually enjoy Freddy's burgers, but today was a different story. I ordered a steakburger with cheese and no pickles, but what I received was a cold, dry burger without cheese or any condiments, and it was piled high with pickles. The onion rings weren't much better—clearly not fresh at all.

Freddy's is always a great choice! Our service was exceptional! Katy, our server, was fantastic! She took her time to answer all of our questions and was both attentive and cheerful. We’ve dined at several restaurants in the New Braunfels area over the past two years, and this was definitely one of our best service experiences!

Unfriendly service. The person who took the order sounded like he had the worst day or disliked his job. I ordered several items, one of them the signature shakes Dirt n’ Worm. Yet, I got a vanilla ice cream shake…I don’t go to Freddy’s often but it seems like my order is wrong more often than right. I didn’t go back for a refund because like some of the other reviews, employees make it seem like the customers fault and it’s like we are inconveniencing the employees for the mistake. View menu

my sister and I visited this place on the 2/20 and there was a situation with an irrational and irate customer that the personal treated incredibly well. I was impressed by the administration and their quick actions to call the police and treat everything, although there were only three of them. I wish there were current signs at the door too hours, but otherwise I enjoy my experience at this place. I could not see the name of the three girls on the personal, but I think they deserve a recognition.

we stopped on the way back from the river, there was a bit of a line on the road thru, but we have nothing to do with that waiting. we were never so excited that we were pretty excited to try it. we had the double speck steak cheeseburger, fries are really thin, but had good season! the wife tried the chili cheese pommes, but she said it needed more taste. we also ordered the chocolate brownie gaumenbeton, so good. also try the pbc b, erdnussbutter and bananenbeton, which was also so good. lady at the window was very nice.

Your employee Kaija was extremely rude and told me to hold on three times when I requested to have my last part of my order filled(sundae). When there was no line, she was far more interested in restocking the fry sauce that was already 3/4 full than to serve me. When a line did start, she refused to even acknowledge me at the counter. Very poor performance, task and time management. The other employee that came in however, she was VERY prompt and helpful, though i didn 't catch her name. As a veteran, I 'm very disappointed that this is how people are treated nowadays. View menu
