"at 8:35 we got to dinner and we said we could not just have ice cream. they claim to be open until 10 o'clock our waitress said it was a slow day so we don't want to clean here too late. so two adult a teenager and two 7 years old were not able to get a meal just a bit of ice. completely ridiculous to close the kitchen around 20 o'clock! even if we got our ice cream, my ice cream was like suppe, it was so melted for just serving ice, it should have been perfect. normally I love ease and my normal situation is always excellent, this is the second time that this place has failed."

Was a little pricey for a friendly meal, 32.00 for 2 hamburgers and sodas. If it wasn't for the booth full of loud teens, would've been real nice.

We have not eaten at Friendly's in over 15 years (locations near NYC closed). I was as we remember, great food and ice cream. Staff was friendly and service quick even as they were shorthanded.

We were served by a fantastic mother-daughter team who worked together wonderfully. The pancakes were a bit dry on the outside, and the grilled food was definitely too hot. Overall, I’d rate it 4 out of 5. View menu

If someone had told me I would ever give a Friendly's five stars, I would have been surprised. The food was delicious and well-prepared, the service was excellent and friendly, and the restaurant's bathroom was clean. Well done!!! Bravo!

Service slowly as usual, so we stood up and ordered us. One more moment. Good ice, but they don't sell prepacked half gallons anymore. They do that in NY. It seems that they have reduced services and products in PA. Handel's better anyway.

We hadn't dined at Friendly's in over 15 years, as the locations near NYC had closed down. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the food and ice cream were just as great as we remembered. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick, even though they were a bit short-staffed.

Friendly 's...you mean NOT so Friendly 's...Walked in and the waiters were standing at the front desk. I had to say good morning. And they didn 't even respond to my Mom when she greeted them! We were seated and found out that breakfast time had passed. Mom wanted pancakes and when the waitress heard that, she said Well if u want to leave, I won 't feel any kind of way .
