"The burger I received was undercooked; it was definitely not medium. When I asked the young employee behind the counter if he thought it looked medium, he responded defensively, telling me not to "come at him." It seems he took my question the wrong way. If simply asking a question is perceived as being confrontational, perhaps the management should provide some guidance on customer service to their staff. The manager himself was professional and didn't give me any attitude, but after this experience, I don’t think I’ll return. It’s disappointing because I’ve been a loyal customer for over 10 years, specifically at the location on Yale Blvd."

Fries still raw when you bite them. Stepped to the condiment station to get ketchup turned around and the table was bussed and cleared . My food was still not eaten . I was offered a cookie for the inconvenience. Just a cookie . Which is stupid because my meal comes with a cookie .

Highly upset Fudruckers uses DoorDash for online orders. Ordered today only to find out after submitting the order that the restaurant uses door dash and charges additional on menu items! The restaurant apparently knew nothing of this. The restaurant is also so damn stingy with their portion sizes when it comes to their fries. I also had to drive back to the restaurant because they forgot my fries. I will not be returning to this location.
