"I went to this place for the first time with a friend. This restaurant is cafe style. So you sit with a menu and order at the register up front. We did not know that and we were not told when we arrived. The restaurant only had dinners at two tables when we arrived, so it was not very busy. The ordering process for use was very frustrating. We started to order up front and in the middle of us ordering another worker came and gave the lady who was taking our order the phone and she literally took over five minutes on the phone. The guy at the bar said he would take our order because he saw the struggle. He took our order but did not get it correct even after verbal confirmation. We get some of the food and it is pretty decent. Overall I would suggest online ordering or ordering in advance for take out. Otherwise I would highly not recommend this establishment, especially during its slow time."

"Came here for a birthday dinner for my husband, but I didn't enjoy my meal. First, the calamari appetizer- I have had quite a number of calamari dishes, but this one didn't cut it for me (including others at the table except one person), but I couldn't place my hand on what it was. Then, I requested that the protein in my dish be swapped (no beef or chicken, so I asked for shrimp). I was told I would have to pay for that, which maybe wasn't bad, but the price was what cut me off. I then requested a different dish. Next, I requested roasted vegetables with halibut. The vegetables were which indeed was flavorful, but the fish wasn't, so I asked that it be removed. For the other dishes, scallop and shrimp risotto, Chesapeake pasta, snake bite , crab cake sandwich, they were okay. Although the manager did give a 100% discount on my dish, my crew has requested not to return here."

"It troubles my spirit to write this review after being a faithful customer for years, but I would be doing a disservice to other Yelpers to not report the gross disrespect from the employee and manager at Prince Kabob. In short, I placed a $142 dinner order, $163 with tip and was excited to go home with my carry out. Upon arriving home 25 mins later I discovered my 2 orders of samosas were not in the bags $8/each). I called and politely notified the employee of the missing items, expecting him to simply credit my debit card. Instead he all but called me a liar and insisted the items were 'in the bags. ' I 'm not going to labor the extensive dialogue over $16 samosas but it was truly unbelievable. I explained that I am a regular customer and have no reason to argue over 2 orders or samosas when my family spends hundreds of dollars bi-monthly at this establishment. Talk about RIDICULOUS!!! He said he needed to call me back and this time it 's the manager on the phone, telling me to 'check my car ' because they 'gave me my food ' and he wanted me to describe each container, in which I obliged him, only to be told again I must have misplaced them on my counter or my car. At this point I 'd had it! The 3 bags were placed on my front seat, nothing fell out of the bags!!! It 's been a long time since I 've felt this disrespected from a business I frequent but I will NOT be back. Any business this disrespectful doesn 't deserve my money. I 've given positive reviews in the past and have sent lots of business their way. Lousy customer service coupled with blatant disrespect will ruin any business in due time."

"I must say this was all second time coming to smashing grapes the first experience that we had was not so good but I believe it was because we did carry out The second time we received stellar service from a young man by the name of Coleman Coleman is an absolute delight he knows the menu very well he gave great great recommendations when it came down to the dishes and even the ones the management staff was very accommodating and constantly checked on us as well as Coleman hands down this was a very good experience so if you visit this location ask for Coleman he will definitely treat you right"

"I have ordered from Frank and Luke's through Uber Eats 18 times and called in a few orders directly. It was difficult for me to decide between giving them 3 or 4 stars. The food is delicious, in my opinion, it is the best pizza place in town in terms of taste. However, their food quality and service is average at best. We are hesitant to order from here when we have guests because most of the time there is an issue with the order. We have received burnt crusts on several occasions."
