"Although we encountered a problem with our pizza being burnt, the manager, Bill, addressed the situation exceptionally well! He initially offered us new pizzas or any other items from the menu. Since we had traveled three hours and were on a tight schedule, he took the extra step to have a fresh pizza made just for us while investigating the issue to prevent it from happening again. In addition to that, he covered our bill and provided us with coupons for a future visit. While the pizza wasn’t the best we’ve had from the Irving Park location, we’ll definitely return because of how well the situation was managed. Thank you for a positive experience!"

BYOB was a more affordable option than paying for wine by the glass, and there’s a liquor store conveniently located across the street. The deep dish pizza was fantastic! However, the Parmesan fries didn't impress me as much. The service was excellent!

During my vacation in Chicago, I visited this restaurant and had a great experience. The staff was very friendly, even though we arrived just an hour before closing time. When we expressed concerns about needing to eat quickly because the pizza would likely arrive just before closing, they reassured us that it wasn't a problem and encouraged us to take our time and enjoy our meal. If I return to Chicago, I will definitely make a point to visit this restaurant again—the food was excellent!
