"This location has really declined. My wife and I ordered a simple dinner, and almost everything about it was wrong. Our waiter, Brennan, was incredibly difficult to track down, so I had to rely on the other staff for assistance with my order. Neither Brennan nor the kitchen seemed to know what was on the menu. I ordered chicken fried chicken, which was served without any gravy. When I asked him about it, he insisted that it didn't come with gravy. After he left, I looked up the menu online and confirmed that it does indeed come with gravy. By that point, I had almost finished my meal, so I decided to let it go. Additionally, the fried okra side was overcooked and cold, making it overly chewy. Before leaving, I used the restroom and found it to be filthy. I cannot recommend this particular Cracker Barrel anymore; the one on Highway 19 is far better. This place has turned into a cheap, rundown roadside stop."

"We were on our way to Sarasota from Atlanta and getting hungry. Googled restaurants up ahead and this was one of the highest rated. We were concerned when we only saw a few cars in parking lot. We were very pleased with large menu selection. Husband ordered a chicken pasta dish and was delicious as was my dish. Don't remember name. Something I'd not had before. Three different meats on top of flat corn meal with rice. Tequila sunrise was good. Could taste alcohol but not overpowering. Great service and prices. Check out the Mexical grocery store attached. "We absolutely love the food here! As the only vegetarian in my family, I'm always pleased with how accommodating they are to my requests. When we order a calzone, they provide both meat and vegetarian sauces, as suggested by my granddaughter. We also shared a large salad that contained meat, and they kindly plated the meat separately for my family. The Greek salads are delicious, and my husband claims they serve the best hamburgers he's ever eaten. The pastas and appetizers are truly out of this world. Additionally, this restaurant is a strong supporter of local youth sports and frequently hosts fundraisers for various non-profit organizations in our community. I wish I could give them 10 stars!"

"I stood in line for 15 minutes and not one of the 6 employees behind the counter acknowledged my existence or asked me to wait or gave me any indication that they were going to help me at all. Not even a Hello. I looked at the couple waiting behind me and said, This is weird, right. They nodded. Then several more people came into the line behind us. Still no acknowledgement. We watched them work the drive through, gather trash into a bag, call out orders for people to pick up, but no new orders were taken or customers greeted. I finally spoke up and said, Is this counter closed? Are you no longer taking orders here? Because no one has even said hello. Then a young white girl said said, I said hello. I said, No, you said nothing. We 've all been standing here waiting and you haven 't said anything. No one has. I 'm just asking for some basic social skills, that 's all. Say, sorry, we 're backed up, we 'll be with you in a minute, anything. Tell the customers something! She proceeded to look annoyed and insisted she said hello in the face of witnesses to the contrary. A group of men in line walked out, mumbling that this was a waste of time. She still hadn 't asked me what I wanted and just stood there uselessly sticking to her lie. So, at that point, I walked out without placing an order. This was 1:45pm on January 5, 2025.
