"At 9:20, the manager insisted that they wait outside for the taxi. The little girl was only dressed in a T-shirt and shorts because it had been warm earlier in the day, but the evening turned windy and chilly. My friend pleaded with the manager to let them stay inside just a few more minutes until the taxi arrived, but the owner/manager was adamant that they wait outside. This lack of compassion is completely unacceptable, especially towards a 4-year-old girl and her father, who was visiting after being separated from his family for nearly nine months. While my friend tried to brush it off, I cannot overlook this incident. For a restaurant that claims to be family-oriented, they displayed a shocking disregard for the welfare of this father and his young daughter."

The restaurant has excellent access to the freeway and ample parking available. The food is delicious, and the prices are quite reasonable. There’s plenty of comfortable seating, and the service is fast. Additionally, this location features a top-notch bar with a TV for your entertainment.

I went to pick up two burritos to go, and after spending around $40, I was disappointed to find that they only contained 3-5 pieces of meat each. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time here. I should have taken the hint when my wife and I walked in and saw that it was completely empty during lunch hours.

I ordered a two-item combo featuring a cheese enchilada and a taco with vegetarian beans instead of meat. The frijoles borrachos, or drunken beans, were some of the best I've ever had in a Mexican restaurant—their flavor was outstanding! The rice was decent, but the beans truly stole the show. I would happily return just for the beans, chips, and salsa. Their incredible taste comes from being cooked with beer. Cheers to Gorditos—an excellent find in Fairfield!

Have not been here since I was 10 years old! This place is my favorite memory because of the fountain and how it is decorated- I use to think I was really in Mexico, lol! I brought my son here today for the first time in literally years and the decor is still here and the food is still great! Had mole and my son the kids quesadilla. We also ordered the fried ice cream. Everything great, nothing over seasoned or with too much salt, really excellent service. I am very happy to give it 5 stars! Everyone needs to come here, it's relaxing and really feels like home cooking.
