"DO NOT EAT HOT LUNCH AT THIS RESTAURANT. I had a terrible experience when I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger for lunch, and it came with hair in it, as if they had swept the floor and mixed the debris into the burger. I decided not to return after that. When they changed chefs, I thought I would give it another chance. However, on my next visit, I ordered just a plain burger. It must have been old because when I got home about an hour later, I ended up with food poisoning and had to go to the emergency room for dehydration due to all the vomiting – and I don’t want to go into further details. I will never return to this place again. The only redeeming qualities are the sodas, juices, and iced teas, but those are from another distributor. By the way, the one-star rating is solely for the cold drinks. If you look at the other reviews, you'll see that all of them mention cold foods. Proceed at your own risk."

Some employees friendly, by most rude. Their ordering system makes no sense and twice in a row now they have basically yelled at me for questioning whether or not they were giving me the right sandwich. Both times it was wrong

No real indication of where to order when several people are trying to take it. Pretty chaotic during the lunch hour and the workers reflect that. Lots of different kinds of food and the place is well staffed. Not much seating it seems and the prices are average ny prices. Despite the rush most of the staff is friendly. Weird that they have chips pretty much on the floor, guess that's for kids eye level. I probably wouldn't eat here just because of how loud it is. The cheesesteak was not anything special.
