"The all you can eat is pricy but great for a special occasion. While not a fancy venue, its got good meats and appetizers, what more could one want. They took care of our group of 8 very well. We were seated outside due to the demand for tables but we had nice heat lamps.The service was very good; one thing I hate about all you can eat places is when the waitstaff stop coming to your table, as if trying to shoo you away this place had frequent visits for water/beverages and ordering of appetizers and meats throughout the meal.While not an experience I would do that often, I would certainly come back here again."

This restaurant has the best hot pot in town. The A5 Wagyu beef melts in your mouth and the service is excellent. It can get busy, so make sure to RSVP for a party of 5 or more. I love this place and the staff!

this place has amazing eating! definitiw a great place to share the great parts. also the bottle service cannot be beaten! we ordered a great sake, cove beef and seafood shabu with the spicy tonkotsu broth for both. that was great for 4 people. look at this with a person or more!

I cannot recommend Heat Shabu enough! The staff is always super friendly, and the food is amazing. If you like cocktails, their drinks are delicious and strong. The broths are tasty, and it's all you can eat, so you can try a variety of different meats and seafood. I haven't had an appetizer I didn't like either. 10/10

I recently had a meal at this restaurant and it was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a while. The food reminded me of my time in Japan and I am looking forward to bringing my whole family here once we have some free time. Our reservation was late like 20 30 minutes due to the place was packed but that wasn't really a real problem. The two broths that did not have any seafood in it were a huge disappointment. It didn't really have that much flavor in the broths that's what you come for. I didn't like how to order it was prepackaged udon it tasted off to me. Three of us who went at food poisoning. One had it a night of and the other one had in the morning and sadly I had it during work. Would not recommend this place to any of my friends.

The server at this restaurant is friendly and dependable. The service was quick, even though I arrived without a reservation on a busy night and was fortunate to get a table. I would recommend making a reservation in advance next time. I tried the all-you-can-eat shabu shabu with mixed broth, and I couldn't get enough of the beef slices and fishballs. I also noticed that the restaurant places a high importance on hygiene, as the table, hot plate, and overall atmosphere were very clean. Overall, the quality of the food and the cleanliness of Heat Shabu-Downtown make it stand out.
