"Awesome dining experience. We were seated quickly and greeted by our server. Who actually took the time to introduce themselves. The appetizers came out quickly and the main course came out at just the right time. The food was great. The chicken fried steak is enough for two people. My wife had the meatloaf. We both loved our meals. We had the banana pudding for dessert to top it off. We will be back."

This is exactly what Henderson needs. We had an amazing time at the soft opening. Not only is the atmosphere warm and inviting, so is the staff. Everything we tried was delicious and we can't wait to try more. We will be regulars. Congrats

This is genuinely my favorite restaurant I've ever visited! Everything from the service to the food, drinks, and atmosphere was outstanding. The staff and owners should take great pride in their establishment. My wife and I have decided that the 30-40 minute drive is absolutely worth it for our date nights! Food: 5/5

The food was EXCELLENT! I was happy with everything at our table. Portions were just right, so you'll have room for desert! Do it! It's all so good.They dont take reservations. We were seated quickly. There were 4 of us. It was crazy crowded, so that definitely affected the service, but they were trying very hard. We will go back.

We enjoyed Roots and had good service. The chicken, catfish and hot browns were well received. However, the fried shepherds pie I had was subpar all crust and potatoes, very little beef and vegetables like 2 tablespoons! . Also, the cocktails were good but a bit pricey $12 . Two of us enjoyed the brown ale so we'll stick to beer next time.
