"I had called ahead to inquire about outdoor seating due to the pandemic, and the lady who answered assured me there was outdoor seating available since many customers preferred it. However, when we got there, we found only three large, immovable tables crammed together outside. There was no host to welcome us or a waiter to guide us, so I had to seek someone out to ask for a table. The staff member barely acknowledged me and dismissively told us we could sit wherever we liked. We ended up seated indoors in a crowded space with no social distancing. I had to again search for a waitress just to get a menu, and then do so a second time to place our drink order. The staff seemed to vanish for long stretches of time. The woman I assumed was the head waitress or manager had an incredibly rude attitude. I felt ashamed in front of my friends, as this was their first experience with Honduran culture apart from my family, and I didn't want them to think that everyone was so careless and disrespectful. After a long wait for our drinks and several attempts to get someone to take our food order, we finally gave up, paid for our drinks at the bar, and left. We ended up wasting nearly an hour for nothing. I usually like to give places a second chance, but this was actually my fourth visit and it just gets worse every time. I truly can't believe the staff can act so rudely without consequences. By the way, since moving to this new location, the restaurant feels more like a low-quality cantina than a proper dining establishment. I hope the owner takes notice of these reviews regarding their awful customer service and addresses the issues, but given what I've seen, I doubt they care. If they continue to employ such a rude and tactless manager or head waitress, I can only imagine what else to expect."

Good Food, but the service was terrible. I had pre-ordered my food 30 min prior to my arrival and once I got there to pick it up, they had not made my food yet. Upset I had to delay everything else.

I normally get the steak with the rice and beans omg the steak is good it's well seasoned. I'm not a fan of their horchata. The first time I I ordered the horchata I got so thirsty plus it waters down easily and it losses it's taste.

No salsa for chips or food. Only tabasco sauce available. When you get the bill, you are informed of 2.5% surcharge for credit card and wrongly informed of such notice on the door when you walk in. There was no notice of credit card surcharge upon entry. Also, fyi 18% tips is auto added on bill. View menu

Food is good, but I would rather just place a to go order, than stay in the place. Terrible customer service. Everytime I go, I think maybe they have improved but nope, wrong. If you want to feel ignored forgotten this is place to be. It is very hard for me to write a bad review, specially this is my favorite kind of food and I work in the restaurant business. Waitresses they only care about guys sitting at the bar. They don't care about their tables. These ladies do not check if you need anything else. Manager? I don't think there is one or she might be busy flirting at the bar. Again, just try a take out instead.

This place sucks! The waitresses are very unprofessional and ghetto. They like knowledge and customer service. Went in with the whole family to eat. We got there the place was EMPTY!! Just US! and this ladies were just standing there not trying to help. Honestly someone needs to talk to the owner or manager. An hour later we still haven 't gotten our food order taken and some guys seat in the table across from us. This Lady starts to chat and giggle and laugh with them while they kept a straight face with us the whole time and never ever bothered to ask if we needed anything. They act like people is doing them a f favor. No B. MAMACITAS NECESITAN ENTRENARSE MÁS O IRSE A BUSCAR OTRO TRABAJO.
