"I would like to have given this five stars because the food is fresh, well-prepared, and tasty. Service is swift. The location is great if you 're near Borough Hall in Brooklyn. But we arrived after a long day walking around 845pm. The door said they were open until 10pm. So we went to the kiosk and placed our order to dine in before 9pm, an hour before they closed. There were people in the dining room (seat yourself) so we sat down.We were eating when around 9:10 a staff member came out to tell us the dining room was closed and we had to leave.I protested and said the sign showed that they closed at ten, and that it was almost an hour later. The staff member was not happy, said some more, and left.We tried to eat quickly and left around 9:20, very unhappy at how we were treated.I can imagine that there might be a policy to close the dining room early, but this wasn 't posted and wasn 't presented to us when we ordered from the kiosk to "dine in. "All in all, the rush to eat, the manner with which we were treated, and the lack of understanding that we didn 't know their rules spoiled the meal.As much as the food was tasty, the service was so unfriendly that we won 't return"

I always get the salads....they are both filling and tasty. It's a bit on the pricey side. However, you can not put a price on health....

So good. Way better service than local places. Actually put a fork and napkins in to my to-go order. I ordered the sesame garlic stir fry with egg white noodles, will order again.

How did I end up with a 23 dollar stir fry that is half-a-white cardboard take out container-full? It tastes non-offensive. Avocado is kinda brown and the tomatoes are pink not red. Pass on this place. I feel like I was fooled. Still hungry, and I can’t even usually finish a whole burger. Like never. Scant and sad meal. Never again.

I really like their food options, but I had to stop ordering from them because of the food poisoning. The first time my wife and I got it, we figured it was a fluke. But when I got the turkey meatballs and egg on a dish on the Sunday after Thanksgiving, I got the worst food poisoning I've ever had in my life. It lasted for a few days. I can't order from this place anymore. View menu

My order was a little late. Fine. You'd think my stir-fry would at least be correct if it's going to take extra time though, right? Wrong. Two of my add-ins were missing, which is annoying because they cost extra. And to top it all off, the box was only about half full. I'm not normally one to complain about portion sizes, but this is just ridiculous. You've got no business charging this much for a half-full box of rice.

The staff was amazing! Pickup process awesome, so organized. But I got a kale Caesar salad and the chicken seemed really fake; the kale was definitely not massaged (very dry, seemed to be right out of a bag, and there wasn’t enough dressing to make up for it). But it was a $14 and I got mixed up with Honeybrains so I thought that was a great deal! But very happy to have a salad option for this price range; I thought the chicken could have been better quality though.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
