Our server Alexis was sweet, attentive and helpful. The food was delicious every thing we ordered we loved. The place was clean. They lost one star because we waited so long.. but maybe there was a long wait because all of the above

Out server was Ana. She was extremely kind and patient. Very attentive making sure we had whatever we needed. She made the visit better than everything else put together. Love this location. The open grill is an awesome look and adds to the ambiance.

Joliet Hooters is awesome! The lovely hooters girls are so sweet at this location. And the manager Tim definitely takes care of this place and patrons! He was very attentive to guests! Super Clean and organized here! Food was hot and fresh! I definitely recommend this Hooters! View menu

Myself , My husband and our kids all come here once a month and we have the best hooters girls but the girl we had yesterday was horrible! Didn’t give us plates or silverware we had to eat our wings on a napkin and she rushed us out and never made eye contact was very poor attitude. Horrible. Would never want her as a waitress again.

Service was outstanding. My server, Cynthia, went above and beyond expectations. I ordered double dipped wings and there was sauce missing on on some of the wings. The Joliet store, from my experiences, seems to take shortcuts on quality. This is the closer store for me, but Orland Park usually has better quality food. I keep hoping the quality will improve.
