"Off the bat the Latino guy here seems racist/sexist against white women who don 't bat their eyelashes at men in order to get what they order even though they are already paying money to get what they want. Paid $4.50 for undercooked bagels. The man read the pre-tax price aloud, when I got the receipt it was more, he said and with tax and I said, oh, that 's the price that you 're supposed to read aloud to the customer, I know this because used to be a cashier myself . Got home and the bagels are not even cooked. What the heck."

I’m a huge fan of supporting local small businesses, but when they have actual quality. I agree with all of the 1 star reviews. And wish I walked the extra 3 minutes to bagels on the square to spend $10 on a plain bagel with tofu spread and a coconut water.

The food is excellent and the coffee is good. The dining area, both inside and outside, is quite pleasant overall. However, the service could use some improvement; it felt a bit disorganized. That's my only complaint. Everything else was very enjoyable, and I recommend this place!

These bagels are absolutely amazing and incredibly fresh! The staff is very friendly, and it's refreshing to see a business like this in an area that has undergone significant gentrification. As for the bagel sandwich itself, it was dry, featuring plain scrambled eggs without any seasoning or condiments to enhance the flavor. The condiment station offered only salt, pepper packets, and a bottle of vinegar. On a positive note, there are plenty of other options to explore on the menu, including wraps, sandwiches, and smoothies! Perhaps 1 in 5 guests might end up with a really great sandwich that justifies a visit.

Asked for extra plain cream cheese on plain bagel. Received a veggie cream cheese (which was cream cheese and peppers? bagel instead. When I told them I received the wrong order they told me no and that I ordered veggie bagel with cream cheese but still offered to make a new one. Sorry you misheard me but the customer service was not friendly. When I got the new bagel I received a disrespectful amount of cream cheese and it was sad. Other than that, they're cheap bagels!
