"My friend is currently training to become a physician's assistant and is going through a particularly challenging rotation. A few days ago, I ordered her breakfast for delivery, and everything was fantastic—except her pancakes arrived without the cream cheese frosting. The next morning, she playfully called the restaurant to express her disappointment. To our surprise, the manager invited her to come in, where he generously gave her a container of the cream cheese frosting and even remade her entire meal for free! This level of customer service is remarkable, and because of this experience, IHOP has become my favorite restaurant in Albuquerque, just edging out Campo at Los Poblanos. Thank you, IHOP, for making both my friend and me so happy!"

I hadn't had IHOP in years and took my family. Everyone enjoyed the meal. The service was excellent and the food was hot and fresh.

Dec 2023: The male server is amazing, but the hostess who tries to serve id god awful. Got all the customers orders wrong, have people incorrect change. If you go, make sure you don 't get her service.

Every time I go, it's usually between 5:00 and 8:00 p.m., and there’s typically just one waitress on duty. She is incredibly sweet, but she always seems to be overwhelmed. It’s clear that she could use some help.

I really enjoy the food, but I really miss the French toasted cinnamon roll! The service is kinda iffy sometimes, but you do get served eventually. I know it's a simple thing, but get the scrambled eggs. They put butter in there and it's so good!

At IHop, there’s a policy to serve customers as quickly as possible, which is why servers often leave the bill while you’re still eating. If they don’t, they can get into trouble, as that rule was established by the owners. Life is too short to be nitpicking about such trivial reviews. I doubt anyone will carry those petty feelings into the afterlife. Instead of complaining, try putting yourself in someone else’s shoes. How would you feel if someone treated you the same way at your job? I know none of you who complain would appreciate that. So, please just let it go and focus on what truly matters in life.
