"Fantastic restaurant with outstanding staff! A group of ten of us arrived at 7:30, unaware that they close at 8. I anticipated either poor service, subpar food, or both. However, to my surprise, this was the first restaurant in this situation where we received exceptional service and delicious food. Our meals were served promptly and were excellent. Our server truly deserves a generous tip from all of us. I was very impressed and grateful for the wonderful service!"

I don't have much to say about this IHOP. Overall, the food was good, not exceptional. The service was great. My wife and I went during a busy Sunday and I expected a long wait before we get our food, but fortunately the food came on time and I had a good experience overall.

Compared to other IHOPs I've visited, this one is truly impressive. The coffee is much better, the food is served quickly, and the waitstaff seems genuinely attentive and caring. I've lost count of how many times I've waited too long for service at other IHOPs. This location sets an excellent standard that other IHOPs should aspire to emulate.

I had an omelette and fresh fruit, and both were delicious. The restaurant gives off a bit of a rough first impression with torn, worn seats and some stains on the tables, but I found the bathrooms to be clean and well-maintained. They are unfortunately quite understaffed, which seems to be a common issue these days, so be prepared for a bit of a wait for your food. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for a tasty breakfast.
