"The service at the restaurant was excellent, but unfortunately, my omelette did not meet my expectations. I usually order a delicious spinach mushroom omelette, but this time the mushrooms were undercooked and rubbery, and all the spinach was on the outside instead of being evenly distributed. It was not as good as I remembered. Despite this, our Christmas tradition at this restaurant was still enjoyable this year. While the omelette was still edible, I was slightly disappointed. I can make a better omelette myself, but I wanted to treat myself for Christmas. I believe that all dishes should be cooked consistently well so that every customer can expect a delicious experience every time."

We had to wait a bit for our table, but the manager made sure we were taken care of right away. I was impressed by the attentive service as our food came out promptly and our drinks were always refilled. My eggs were cooked perfectly, which is not always the case. Overall, great service at IHOP in Cedar Hill!

We waited to be seated but didn’t see anyone around except for one person who didn’t acknowledge us. I noticed that there were several others waiting as well, along with many orders sitting on the counter. It seemed like they were short-staffed, so rather than continue waiting, we decided to go eat somewhere else.

My family of four went there Friday night after my son's football game and the food was perfect- hot and just like we ordered it. It was our waitress' serving night and she was phenomenal. The broccoli was also cooked perfectly and the salad was fresh and crunchy. The restaurant had clean toilets, friendly staff, and the prices were reasonable. Overall, the food quality was excellent with a rating of 5/5.

The food sat on the counter for an extended period, along with several other plates from different tables. When I inquired with the server, she mentioned that not all dishes were ready. If my meal is going to be left waiting at the counter, it might as well be at my table. I observed plates languishing on the counter the entire time we were there. Our server also overlooked a few things we requested, which affected the quality of our meal. Additionally, the bathrooms were unclean, and the floors were dirty. I won't be returning to this location again.
