Love the limited addition strawberry shortcake cookies. The staff at the location I visited was amazing, super friendly, and welcoming. I would be back just from my experience with the workers.

Nice place to get cookies in the night. I tried the double chocolate cookie and it was great. Chewy, like it is supposed to be, and the chips were melty. Just right. I also tried the Brownie, which was good. If you love it really chocolatey, the cookie is the one to go for.

Disgusting service. Visited the city with my girls, we decided to try out this place late night after hearing about it so often on twitter. Order was ultimately stolen by delivery driver. No refund, no compensation, no redelivery. Insane experience, ruined the day. Wont be returning

I went there today at 12:10pm when online said it would be open and the door was locked. So I came back 10 minutes later to finally see someone but they kept the door locked and shook their head saying they aren't open. I come hear normally I must say for the most part it’s reliable and they have most cookies but what I must say they should look into hiring new workers I recently graduated with my fellow friend and we heard about the promotion the company was doing this woman with glasses was so rude to us and not welcoming at all not to mention she embarrassed us with her attitude because it was slightly packed and as I proceeded to tell her that maybe she should be nicer she got loud and basically told us to get out in front of a whole crowd of other customers I don’t appreciate that because in my moment of happiness it got robbed by one person who is there to provide happy customer service and I wasn’t r...

I am a cookie lover through and through. There's no doubt that there are many delicious cookies spots in the city, particularly the jumbo style extra thick cookies. But I personally enjoy the classic (though large) cookies at insomnia cookies. Ive gone several times and I believe that the size is perfect because it gives you a soft, large, yet not undercooked cookies like some other places do. These chocolate chunk and chocolate peanut butter cup cookies were particularly outstanding- soft, warm, and chocolatey. Several of their flavors are quite satisfying. I reached out to DoorDash, and they advised me to contact the restaurant directly, which I did. The restaurant confirmed that my order was likely stolen by the delivery person, but they refused to resend it, even though they were still open for another three hours. They told me to get in touch with DoorDash for a refund, but DoorDash denied my request. Now I'm out $50 and have no cookies to show for it. I would not recommend ordering from this place, as their delivery drivers are clearly untrustworthy and the service is terrible.
