While your at Flatbush come stop at island express for some GREAT authentic Guyanese food. My wife and I had some fish balls Guyanese chicken Pattie’s guava tarts and black eye cake! Hands down the best place next to liberty ave!! View menu

My friend and I got the $6 lunch special, beef patties, and sorel! Curry chicken and peas rice was delicious! Love the Fried plantain too, not over fried. Everything was flavorful and fresh! Worth every penny. Will definitely be back!

Fantastic food. Honestly, I can’t stop thinking about it. Got the chicken stew on roti and the jerk chicken with rice. Both were delicious and flavorful and obviously made with a lot of love.
