"I was dinning in with my brother and his wife we ordered our sweet tea it was fresh but hot had very little ice so we ask for 3 cups of ice. We then placed our order. As I was eating my salad with ranch dressing I took a bite and bit onto sum thing really hard as I was spitting it out I discovered it was the big plastic piece off of the squirt bottle . The plastic bottle top cut my jaw because it was caught between my partial and gum. We called the waitress to the table she replied with I'm so sorry are you OK I replied yes as I was trying to eat my food I could not because it was burning my mouth from the spice in my food. So I got a go box for my food. I had to remove my partial from my mouth because it was hurting. The waitress brought our ticket and she apologized again we paid our 83.00 ticket and left.I got home 20 minutes later to rinse my mouth . I called back down there to speak with management thinking our waitress had made her aware of what happened and she did not. This morning I woke up with an Ulcer in my mouth I busted it and rinsed my mouth warm salty was. I called back down there to explain what was going on again only to be told I don't know what you want me to do about it...I remind you management never said I'm sorry or anything. So if you eat here plz check your food."

I always enjoy eating here. Not only is the sushi fresh, but the service is fast and efficient. The hot green is a perfect touch to a cold rainy day. The miso soup is delicious, and the afternoon special is the perfect price. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

I had called because my order got canceled and i called to asked about it and when i was trying to talk to someone on the phone he hung up on me without saying anything. This is extremely rude i don’t know why someone would ever hang up on a customer trying to order from YOUR STORE. Y’all are very rude i dont think i would come back here or recommend this place if the people are rude. Food: 3

Absolutely fabulous! In such a place as Leeds AL, I found a wonderful small, informal Asian restaurant. I looked over the menu and got the Shuman, rolls, and tataki tuna. All appetizers, all just wonderful. My server Vanessa took great care of me, and the atmosphere is casual enough that I could enjoy the quiet after a hard day as a crew-dog for a race team. Izumi is a treasure, and you will enjoy the experience. Food: 5

No way this place deserves more than two stars. My sushi basically fell apart. I ordered miso soup and was brought the wrong one. The food was bland and not at all appetizing. I forced myself to eat it because I didn’t have the money to get something different. I feel like I enjoyed it the first time I came a year ago and I don’t know what happened. The portions of salmon in the 3-roll special were incredibly generous! Our waitress was friendly and had a great sense of humor. I really appreciated that they brought the ginger and wasabi sauces to the table, allowing us to use as much as we wanted. The sushi did fall apart a bit when I ate it, which is why I'm not giving a full 5 stars, but that didn't diminish its deliciousness! Overall, it's a fantastic spot for a quick lunch.

It was absolutely horrible. Ordered from postmaste’s and paid over $100. Most of the raw FISH WAS SPOILED. It was rotten. I spent most of my life in asia and have eaten sushi at least once a month for as long as I can remember and this was one of the worst. I know bad fish when I smell it! Had to throw most of what we ordered the trash to not get food poisoning. This place needs to get their act together. Incredibly disappointed and want my money back. Their eel avocado was pretty okay but thats the extent.

"This is a hard review to write as Milos has been one of my favorite burger joints for almost 40 years now, but after yet another lousy experience, I can honestly say I won 't be back. The original owner sold the restaurant side of the business in 2002 in order to take the famous Milos Tea Brand nationwide (a gallon of which currently resides in my fridge) and the restaurant has been on a downhill slope ever since. Over the past few years it has become really bad (especially at this particular location in Moody, AL). They have increased their prices at a far higher rate than inflation would justify (also known as Greedflation) and what is worse is the nickel and dime mentality of the new owner. They have instituted a policy of Shrinkflation (a form of fraud) whereby they give you smaller portions but charge higher prices. A great example is their Mega Meal. The Mega Fry they give you today is actually the same size as the medium fry used to be (while the true price for the Mega Meal is more than double what it was prior to 2020). They no longer honor the Little Something Extra (a little extra beef on the burgers) that the original owner had always included and the worst offense is the way they count every single drop of the Milos Sauce. The Milos Sauce is the only reason other than the tea that people patronize this chain and the store now makes it policy to give out only two, 1 ounce cups that are only half full which means you basically get 1 ounce of sauce per meal. If you want more, you have to pay for it separately. Add to that the fact that the customer service (again, especially bad at this particular location) is consistently bad with staff that are outright hostile and rude on many occasions, and it is simply not worth it anymore. Sad to watch such a great restaurant with what was once a very loyal following being run into the ground by crummy owners."
