"I called to change my order and instead of trying to accommodate me the lady on the phone just kept dismissing me and shouting at me to call Uber eats. I could not even get a word in without her rushing me off the phone. I tried to talk to her in a civilized manner but instead she just kept cutting me off as if she did not want to deal with my order change. She finally hung up the phone in my face. I was in shock and appalled at the rude service this place has to offer. I never even ordered food from this restaurant and therefore, I could have been a potential customer. So now I’m spreading the word that this restaurant has awful customer service and needs to be more mindful of how to treat customers with respect. Never again!"

Great place. Their vegetables are fresh and their soups are amazing. I usually get their sweet and sour chicken or pork fried rice with a wonton soup. I usually order for take out before leaving work and pick up food along the way, they've always had my food ready before the estimated pick up time and the food has never disappointed me.

I've ordered from J&J numerous times, but this will be my last. The quality of the food has significantly declined. The wonton soup tasted like dirty water, the chicken in the chicken and broccoli was chewy and flavorless, and the sesame chicken was dry, stringy, and tough. I cannot recommend this place. There are plenty of other Chinese takeout options that are much more deserving of your business.
