"Food is delicious! Diverse options. I have an in-law who always is looking for a Good Burger and a husband who only eats basic meat and potatoes while I and my kids like different things and one is gluten free. This place can take us all and makes us leave HAPPY. We take our leftovers with us or leave our plates clean. Peanut butter burger is Devine. Korean beef is authentic, T-bone steak tastes like it was cooked at home by my husband. No better compliment than that as usually we would rather eat my husband 's steak.Vegetarian options: They do offer tofu protein options in the fried rice dishes as well as a delicious hummus in their menu, which I have tried. Their vegetarian options are clearly marked on their menu.Dietary restrictions: They offer gluten free option on their menu.Kid-friendliness: It 's not really a place for kids. The atmosphere is a business lunch, trendy- adult-dating scene, kind of restaurant with an open bar. However, I would bring my kids here for an early 5 to 7 dinner or a weekend lunch if they are well behaved so that they are socialized into a more adult atmosphere. The dog theme is fun and makes them smile!Wheelchair accessibility: This is not the greatest restaurant for wheelchairs. While yes, they do have required access, it would be cumbersome to get to the bathroom, which is located down a hallway. While wide enough, it would have one-way traffic only when coming and going. The tables are close together, and navigating around would be a nightmare."

I was really disappointed when I had to wait out front only to receive cold food. I feel like I deserve a refund of $11.00 for this experience. View menu

You always know what you'll get. Went through the drive. no one was behind me but they had me pull to the front ?. Either way food was delivered fast.

The service was terrible. I waited a long time and they still managed to get my order wrong. When I paid with a credit card and requested a refund, the server gave me cash back, but it was the wrong amount—less than what I had originally paid. View menu

The lady at the window was awful!!! Rude and Rushfull!!!! Inaccurate on top of that!!! She was an older black lady with an accent. Gave me the wrong food and proceeded to me make me give her my bag back through the window to replace the item. So she took all my stuff from the bag and handled all over it and took a hash brown from my bag. Gross....never again

The food used to be fantastic, but over the past two years, we've consistently encountered issues with our orders. More often than not, our meals come out with half of the food cold. I honestly can't recall the last time I received a hot (or even warm) serving of curly fries from this location. The staff are acceptable; they're not particularly friendly, but they're not rude either. Overall, this restaurant could definitely benefit from some improvements.

"We dined at Nino 's in Greenville tonight. On arrival they seated us pretty quickly (We arrived about 20 minutes before our reservation). Initial impressions were NOT good. They sat us RIGHT next to a large family with young boisterous children despite empty tables evident in all directions. Our menus were soiled with food film smears on the outside and greasy fingerprints on the paper inside. The restaurant was freezing. A bartender (I think) was repeatedly tossing empty bottles into a trash can or something so there was a periodic loud glass crash. Being an old curmudgeon I of course had to of course complain. The manager came over and apologized and the noise stopped. Temporarily. Until the bartender forgot and did it again. I had hoped to get the (recommended) Pork Ossobuco, but it was not on the menu tonight and was probably a special. I inquired about it and the waitress replied What is ossobuco? She then brought us a bread service of four VERY oily soft squares of focaccia which were really delicious. I know now where the greasy fingerprints on the menus came from. My wife ordered chicken parmesan and thought the flavor was good, but the chicken breast was a little chewier than expected. It was served with spaghetti and was a large portion. I ordered spinach pappardelle with a wonderfully rich and creamy burrata and white truffle sauce topped with blackened shrimp. This dish was VERY good and I 'd order it again if we return. The shrimp were cooked perfectly... just the right complement to the delicious sauce. We enjoyed a bottle of Nino 's Falanghina, a white wine somewhere in the ballpark of an albariño or sauvignon blanc. It was very good and was a good value. It paired very well with the meals. We passed on dessert but there were several interesting options. All in all, I truly enjoyed my meal and would order it again. My wife felt that the chicken parmesan was pretty pedestrian and was no better than we can make at home or get in"
