"If I could give zero stars, I would. My husband and son went here for lunch through the drive thru and was very rudely told to come order inside. So that’s what they did. I then got a message from my husband saying that we aren’t ever going to this location again. Their experience was nothing short of disappointing. The customer service here hasn’t always been great to begin with but this was completely unacceptable. With our order, we wanted two milkshakes. The cashier said she “wasn’t taking orders for milkshakes” yet the person in front of my husband and the person after my husband ordered milkshakes and got them. So she definitely singled him out. The cashier was also trying to talk people out of ordering certain food items because they were “out” and that it was going to take a while. Saying things like “are you sure you want to order that? It’s going to take a while.” My son and I usually come here every Friday for breakfast but we will no longer do business here because of the constant lack of decent customer service."

When I placed my order at the window, I was shocked to hear "We don't have any chicken" and was then asked to leave the drive-thru. It's unbelievable that a fast food restaurant specializing in chicken would run out of chicken.

I ordered two biscuit combos. When i get to the window, they ask me to pull to the side because they are waiting for fresh hash browns. I have no issue for pulling up and waiting for fresh hash browns, but this is what I got. I wouldn’t even call them hash browns, it was just a congealed lump of potatoes that they smashed into the container. I also asked for honey mustard, but like every time I ask, they never put any in the bag.

If I could do a half star I would. Stop there to get my son a tender meal to hold him over till dinner. service in the drive thru was great so when I got to the window I was expecting the food to be at least edible. The burger I order had enough onions for onion soup the both of our fries were cold and mushy. I have a picky 2 year old so he didn't eat any of the fries. (We also found an onion in the fries) He only ate the tenders which tasted like they been sitting for a couple hours but he liked them. Not to mention he left out the BBQ sauce. After he asked 3 times what sauce I wanted. I understand mistakes happen but food quality is something they can control.
