"I ordered a Roast Beef sub, and I'm not sure it could have been worse. The texture was odd, with soft shavings of beef. To address the owner, I’m not looking for a resolution; reviews are meant to inform others about their potential dining choices. I waited 15 minutes for my order, despite being the second one placed, and I had to go to the counter to ask for it. They looked right at me and handed me the sub, suggesting they didn’t see it as a problem. Unfortunately, since this restaurant is located in a tournament facility, there aren’t many options for families here. Given the passive-aggressive responses to negative reviews, it seems my kids will be having Dunkin' Donuts from now on."

I ordered a steak cheese and mushroom sub from Jc Grill Pizza, but it arrived with steak cheese and mustard instead. I finished it but decided not to return. Update 8/22: The food and service are actually very good. We all make mistakes. I will definitely check out the menu again and come back!

First time going and let me tell you...they have the BEST TASTING buffalo chicken wings! I love buffalo wings and I have tried them in other places and JC Grill Pizza at Essex Sports Center takes it home for me. The pizza was on point too! You have togo check them out and taste for yourself when your in the area??????????????? Most definitly going back!!! ?????????

The food is decent, especially the cold subs, but if you opt for anything hot, expect it to arrive cold as well. I live just 7 minutes away, yet about one out of every three orders takes over 1.5 hours to get delivered. I've tried to be understanding about their busyness, but waiting for 1.5 hours only to receive cold food is very disappointing. I won't be returning. View menu
