"What happened? We came here on a Friday for lunch, around 11:30AM. The wait was 25 minutes, which was short for Joann's. On Saturday nights, wait times can exceed 60 minutes. When we sat there at the bar we were initially given only one menu and the service was overall pretty slow: asking for our order, providing utensils, checking back in with us. The food was delicious; however, I did find a piece of plastic in my food. I alerted the manager who promptly offered a refund"

We always love our dining experience here, whether we're on the patio or inside. Good vibes, really great food and drinks. Staff is very attentive and work together well. Looking forward to our next visit. ?

I had called 3 days prior to confirm our seating would be indoors. When we arrived, they had no record of my request and could only seat us outdoors it was too hot to enjoy dinner. The misters don't help as they aren't directed inside the patio. Disappointing :

Had a lovely evening dining on South Congress. The ambiance at this restaurant is comfy and inviting. Cocktails and outdoor bar were classy! Food was on the pricey side but absolutely out of this world in terms of taste. Our server was friendly and attentive. Very good experience overall! View menu

We recently spent the weekend at the Austin Motel and chose to have breakfast at the charming diner connected to the hotel. We were very pleased with the quality of the food, and the service was courteous, professional, and timely. I highly recommend staying at the Austin Motel and dining at Joanne's Fine Dining. Food rating: 5/5.

I thoroughly enjoyed my meal at Joann's. The patty melt was outstanding—possibly one of the best I've ever tasted. Be sure to order the biscuits; they might fill you up, but they're absolutely worth it! We also sampled the grilled shrimp entrée and were pleasantly surprised by the flavor combination. Overall, it was a fantastic dinner!

Came in for some appetizers and drinks. The queso is fire with the homemade Tortilla chips and the hummus is some of the best I have had. Drinks were well made and not lacking Alcohol only very small for the price. The patio was clean and comfortable and a relaxed vibe permeates the area lending a at home vibe. Will definitely be back again. Also patio is pet friendly, and bathroom was spotless.

Had a great waiter, Ethan. The food and drinks were amazing. I highly suggest the Barbacoa Plate. I ordered the Red Mole Chicken Thighs, it was good too although I think some Fresca cheese on the massaged kale or rice would have set it off. The tortillas and chips were the best I?ve had in a long time if not ever. I had two drinks, both were delicious worth going for the drinks alone. We?ll definitely be back soon.

"I literally just made a review but I’m going to make another one because for whatever reason someone or somehow it got deleted. I used to be a regular at Bouldin and the service was always amazing but my last two visits have been by far horrible. The service has been so poor that I felt disgusted when leaving the restaurant. There are two girls that work there with light brown hair and blue eyes. Pretty sure one of their names is Rego. My boyfriend and I were served by her before and she seemed nothing but annoyed and couldn’t care less if we were in her section. Barley even interacted with us or asked how our meal was and just seemed disgusted by us, just being rude passive aggressive for no reason at all. I’m a server and I KNOW this isn’t how you treat your guests and the same thing happened tonight. She just seemed like she couldn’t care less if we were there and just seemed annoyed? I don’t mind paying the gratuity if I’m being treated decently but that wasn’t the case and I feel as though they feel like they think they can get away with behaving like mean girls just because there’s a gratuity. I have friends that dine here as well and they have had the same experience. I’m not one to write reviews but I feel this needs to come across a managers attention so they know who they are hiring and how they are treating customers. Really disgusted and disappointing and if this gets deleted again I’ll write another review or just call the store to speak to a manager. Disgusted by their behavior."
