"I have been a customer for 20 years since I discovered Jon Smith in Jupiter Fl. I have referred a lot of customers. Today we came here in Boca and had the worst experience. Tables were sticky and you can see the tables next to us were sticky also. Weordered our usual that my wife and I love. The Cajun chicken and a we split a fries. There sandwiches are always good but thiswas just so bad and I usually don?t write reviews if it?s bad just don?t go back!! But this really hurts a franchise that hasalways been great. The Cajun chicken sandwich is supposed to taste Smokey and spicy and melted cheese and jalapeño onions. Wegot boiled chicken with mayo 1 jalapeño on each side and zero flavor. Also the place was 95 degrees. I don?t think the AC wason!! So sad!! The Jupiter store and the Northlake store have always been on point. This location is closer to us and we have hada few soso experience at this one and we let it go!! But today we spent $36 and I gave a 5 dollar tip and when you just takethat first bite you look at each other and throw it in the garbage and leave especially that it was so hot in there I had towrite this. Sorry"

Always get the Gator sub, my wife gets the grilled chicken sub and we share the fries. Never been disappointed with this Jon Smith's. Owner is very friendly, girl at the register is polite and professional. Been coming here for 2 years. Keep up the goodwork and the good food.

We have been going here for several years. Their cheese steaks are awesome. The bread is always fresh. They have some amazing fries, kids compare them to MCD's. The only thing is the table area. Its pretty run down. Tables are clean but always sticky.Over all the place needs a little TLC. View menu

I?ve been eating here probably for the last 15 years and the subs are always amazing! I have the say that the french fries are my favorite of all time. There are no fries like the ones from John Smith Subs. I always get the BBQ bacon chicken sub with onions, mushrooms, and mayo. You should try it!

Have been eating here for over 15+ years Took hubby here for the 1st time and he got the steak bomb and I got the Ruben on a Cuban Both subs were packed full of meat and toppings. The Ruben has so many amazing tastes and it?s pressed on the flat top so it has that perfect crunch. The steak bomb was huge, and my husband loved everything but the bacon, it was cold and unappetizing. Oh and WE LOVE their fries! Don?t eat here without trying their fries. They are perfectly fried, crispy outside, potatoey inside and just so yummy! We always eat every one? Highly recommend Sub Joint for Hot/Cold Subs and Awesome FRIES ?
