"Drinks are superb, bartenders are exquisite and adventurous enough to mix drinks on the fly. The food was very good, though a limited menu. The chef asked our server if we could sample a dessert he wanted to try. Duh...of course!! It was mint infused chocolate ice cream that had similar consistency of gelato. It was smooth and was perfectly blended with the mint. My wife and I had the tater tots with the mushroom gravy...soooo good, but be careful, because they are hot. The beet salad and meatloaf were really good as well. Great flaovrs and smaller portions due to the richness of flaovrs provided just enough to fill one up without going overboard Hot spot for cocktails and wine and for a nice evening with friends and/or loved ones. No beer on tap, so don't expect that."

Good drinks. The prix fixe Valentine's menu was an absolute, demoralizing travesty.

amazing food, but the menu does not describe it very well at all. I could now describe any of the articles. it was a pleasant surprise when it was so brilliant

very attentive staff. the replaceable appetizer was simply perfect. the workers helped us to educate on whiskey and helped us to get drinks that we want. a great cozy place. I want to come back!

Reservation for Saturday evening before Valentine's Day. My wife wanted a Scotch flight and I only wanted her happy. The initial service was bad. The bartender did more for us than anyone, he cared about our experience. The flight was with the price the snack plate was not. View menu

This was our first time at Julep, and we had reservations. I loved the atmosphere! Our server was a bit slow and hard to get his attention. However that may have been because there was a class in the next room using bar staff. Also, we came here hoping to do a whiskey flight like their website shows, but apparently they did away with them and forgot to update the website. Otherwise, I'd go back.

First, don't bother making a reservation. We waited by the front door and were told that everything is open seating. Second, I wouldn't recommend this as a restaurant. The tater tots were very good but the menu is very limited. It's really more of a drink spot. The drinks are nice, but on the expensive side. The most disappointing part of our visit was the service. It was pretty bad. Although not especially busy, the food took a long time I'd give this place a thumbs down for food service, but a thumbs up for alcohol. Great atmosphere. If we didn't go there with dinner in mind we would have been much more satisfied.

"We visited the Majestic 5-12-19. Party of 20. Our reservation wasn't ready for 30 long minutes my guests stood and waited- they did give two free appetizer trays for that. The Salmon meal had a HAIR in it, and when we told our waiter he said “ and?” I raised my voice and said theres a 4” hair in my mothers food.... THEN he got her a new plate like it was an inconvenience. THE FOOD was dry, bland and worse than chick filet ..... The salmon was dry and tasteless with a gross sauce on top that wasn’t delectable..The Pasta Tray for $30 was .20 cent of shell pasta under cooked with three tiny cubes of tomato and rotten chards in cheese sauce. Culturally this party was a mix of country people, high class and middle class. They all said the food was absolutely terrible. We spent $800 expecting a treat for these people that came from far away to celebrate my daughters graduation. Most of our food was left uneaten. In addition the down stairs was a great place for my party and it was “ unavailable “ though not used whilst we were there. The way the seats were situated most of our party could not see each other, next time I will search for a place where we can sit to accommodate everyone to visit joke etc.. I did visit the “Affair” a German restaurant.... best food I have ever had! Thats where we should’ve went. And to think they forced 35% gratuity on us..... sickening. Oh and we have several pianist in our group and their piano bar player was not even playing music.... He was just banging away like a 5 yr old. Lol. Comical. I’m sorry Majestic : it’s 1 star for me."
