"I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 12-piece extra crispy chicken meal. When I got home, I found that my order contained 3 breasts, 2 legs, 2 thighs, and 4 wings. No one asked us if we wanted to exchange any pieces, but I know we should have received an equal amount, which means I was even shorted one piece. It's disappointing, especially since I have little ones who prefer the legs. Overall, I'm not happy with my experience at the Hamilton KFC."

On top of that, the chicken sandwich is one of the best I’ve ever tasted—definitely a highlight of my diet. I've never encountered any issues with undercooked chicken here. Overall, the commitment of the staff makes it worth a high rating!
