I came in with a large 10 dozen order. They immediately went to work, while also addressing other customers. I was happy with the donuts and the service.

We stopped at the drive-thru to get two glazed donuts. They were a bit squished and when we asked if they were hot when ordering, they were only slightly warm. Overall, disappointed with the experience.

I visited this restaurant the other night and purchased two raspberry-filled donuts. As I was eating the first one, I realized that the inside of the donut was significantly undercooked. The same was true for the second donut. I was quite disappointed as biting into raw dough is not a pleasant experience. I hope Krispy Kreme can do better in the future. View menu

My Family I Went To This Location Today To Buy A Dozen Of Glazed Doughnuts 2 Milks, They Didn’t Have A Line We Were Greeted By India, She Was Very Friendly, She Said Hello And Asked How We Were doing, She told Us Our Total And We Paid For Our Order, She Thanked us Then Began To Fill Our Order, The Donuts Were Hot, Fresh So Delicious, I Just Wanted To Thank India Again For Super Service You Rock

This doughnut shop sets the bar high! Their classic glazed doughnuts are top-notch, and their specialty topped doughnuts are equally delicious. It's a fun experience for kids to watch the doughnuts being made in an automated assembly line, cooked on both sides, and then dipped in a glaze waterfall. If they're busy, they might even offer you a free hot glazed doughnut straight from the production line while you wait.

Stopped at this Krispy Kreme the line was out in the street, I instantly knew the donuts were worth waiting for. Ordered a dozen original glazed donuts tried the cinnamon rolls which they only have on Sunday's. Had to wait on the original donuts when I tell you the donuts were worth the wait. The donuts were hot, melted in my mouth. I didn't like the cinnamon rolls at all. I would definitely recommend this Krispy Kreme. They are one of the best. View menu

They were very friendly courteous. My mistake in making my order for getting (1) dozen a 2nd dozen for a certain amount, the lady explained to me how you are supposed to enter when ordering online, she was very nice polite didn’t get annoyed with me very surprised because she could have just said something like well now you know for next time. Only reason the 4 stars is they were short handed line for drive thru was extremely long, so next time just run in pickup it’s a lot quicker

Extremely disappointed!!! The last 3 times I came here, we could not get hot donuts. I always get at least 2 dozen, 1 dozen for my household and 1 dozen for my moms house. I was at this location a few days ago and asked why, they said they don’t do hot donuts anymore and have to pull from the older donuts first. That is crazy, everyone goes to Krispy Kreme for HOT donuts. The service sucks too. I am the only one saying thank you as I get my donuts, whether I’m the drive thru or I’m store. I hate that this is the only location in the NOLA surrounding area.

very terrible experience here. the older man that was handling our order rudely stared at me before saying “why do you have to be so difficult?” when i was trying to redeem my reward options at the pay window in the drive-through (free glazed dozen). like what did you just say?? this was after being blatantly rude the entire time i was ordering. (cutting me off with the total of my order before i was even finished ordering) also, inside was closed so i was forced to wait in a 25 minute line. never coming here again especially since the donuts were cold anyways. this place is in dire need of new management if this is how you treat respectful people.
