Krispy Kreme - Menu

While we waited, we were surprised with two complimentary warm donuts. Krispy Kreme truly makes the best donuts out there—argue with me if you want!

Best doughnuts in town but never can open on time. Sat for 20 minutes waiting and only ever saw 1 guy with no headset. At 6:25 an employee/manager pulled us and didn?t even acknowledge my son and I standing at the front door. So rude!

This is the slowest drive thru in all of Lubbock. There were 2 cars in front of me, and as I sat at the speaker to order for 13 mins I pulled up and finally order my 2 donuts. No donut is worth sitting in the drive thru lane for 25 total mins. View menu

It didn't matter to me but I drove 60 miles to go get a dozen of donuts chocolate and glazed donuts I just don't like the donuts that they sell out here in Levelland at all but Krispy kremes has the best even though the donuts shrink but it's okay I won't mind driving again. thank you for having good donuts

I'd put 0 if there was a rating for that but I had to put one star, We pulled up and nobody came to the window it was 6:30 am we drove around twice and pulled backup to the window still nobody came. We had to honk for service. The hot light was on butdonuts were cold, when we asked about the hot donuts they said there weren't any and I asked why the hot light was on and shesaid they're not on the rail aymore? not going back!

I would give this place zero stars if that were an option, but I had to select at least one. We arrived at 6:30 PM, and no one came to the drive-thru window. We drove around twice and pulled up again, yet there was still no service. The hot light was on, but the donuts were cold. When I inquired about fresh hot donuts, I was told there weren't any available. I asked why the hot light was on, and the response was that the donuts weren't on the rail anymore. After placing my order, I drove up to the window, and a kind young man handed me my donuts for free! I couldn't believe it—I mean, really, FREE? I was absolutely surprised and shocked. I don't usually indulge in donuts because of my health, but when I do, I prefer them hot or warm. It's like I'm the cookie monster, they disappear just like that! Those donuts are amazing! Thank you, Krispy Kreme, for giving back to the community. There really should be another Krispy Kreme near the airport! God bless!

felt really bad for the lonely child that both the inside register and the ride through all myself... while I counted 5 more employees, one of which is one of the managers, I believe that all laugh and chat it on the back of the store, while this child is waiting a line in the drive thru and people (I myself included) in the store as well. In any case, the children did not feel. Same exact story on several occasions. Said the child if he gave up the store would sink. Donuts are good, but a child can't hold the shop himself. Very badly managed business.

I did a mobile order thinking it would be faster. Still took just as long if not longer to get it. I selected pick up through drive-through so when I got there I went to the drive-through and sat there for five minutes and nobody came on the intercom. I went inside tried to get it some guy from the back had to come up to the front because the girl upfront was so slow and not paying a bit of attention. They gave me my donuts forgot to give me my coffee that I had ordered. When they did get my coffee they gave me a small when I asked for a medium. But I was so over it that I just left. Will not be ordering from here again switching to Dunkin' View menu
