"Slow, slow service. I was told that because I my order contained two hamburgers that were requested well done was the reason that it took over 45 minutes to get my food. I know how long it takes to cook a hamburger, and it is not 45 minutes. If you forgot to put my order in, or if accidentally gave my food away, just tell me. But don't lie to me saying that a 4 oz kids burger takes an extra 45 minutes to cook. I'm not coming back. Food is average."

Every time I go the food is good. Great burger with a loaded baked potato always hits the spot. Also have had the prime rib in the past and it was cooked as ordered and very good. Great prices good food and a decent selection of draught beer.

The food is fantastic and truly captures the essence of New Orleans-style cuisine. The wait staff is attentive and well-informed. While the menu may be limited, it offers everything you would expect if you're from the area. And if you're not a local, you'll still find plenty of delicious options to satisfy your cravings. Everything is incredibly tasty!

The food is usually quite good, but the staff’s attitude leaves much to be desired. When we arrived and inquired about the wait time for a table, the host snapped at us and didn't even offer to take our name. This was the worst interaction I've had there, but I've often found the service to be lacking. Given how the food is not exceptional, their rudeness is particularly disappointing.
