"I had a highly disappointing experience at this restaurant. After an overnight shift in the ER and not eating all day, I was eager for a satisfying meal that someone had recommended. Unfortunately, the gumbo I ordered arrived ice-cold and slimy, with no meat and only a hint of brown gravy. It felt like eating sludge. The fish and étouffée were just as unappetizing, with an odd taste that made me worry the crawfish might be spoiled. In the end, I spent over $50 on two unsatisfactory dishes, leaving me incredibly dissatisfied and still hungry. I had to resort to candy bars from a vending machine because I couldn’t eat any of my meal. This experience was a major letdown, especially since I can’t afford to waste money like that."
