"Live music... extremely loud! Even the waitress hates it, she said it's so all the time! She had to lean on so that we ask her what we drink, good heart, we couldn't even go back, we had to wait until the song was to talk! the food was not so great, I asked for cocktail sauce, the waitress said, we have neither nor offer it, whaattt! a seafood place that does not offer cocktail sauce! our orders; roast garnel plate, whole fried tilapia and utter without cocktail sauce or wetar sauce, unheard of! never! no stars, but to post i had to give this place a star. Stay away!"

My favorite Seafood restaurant in all of Houston. I’ve been going here for a very long time. The Mexican Shrimp Cocktail is superb. View menu

The hot sauce is just that: hot sauce as you may like it , it was a bit much 4 me. The garlic shrimp is great. The service is great. The prices are very competitive. The food is great!

The ceviche wasn't what I expected; it was more like a dry, shiny dish. The service was good, though, and beer always enhances any meal. I should mention that it took quite a long time to prepare two ceviche garnishes.

Jose is the worst server ever. Food is good but music is too loud. Service is horrible i waited 45 minutes for two coctails and one mixta tostada. Soft drink doesnot have gas. I waited 10 minutes to get a beer my table wasnt cleaned up while eating. I wish i could give this place 0 stars and he never bring me a high chair for my kid.

The dining experience here is fantastic. They feature live music on weekend nights, which adds to the atmosphere. It can get a bit crowded at times, which may slow down the service, but when it comes to the taste and presentation of the food, this place really stands out. We've tried the pineapple with seafood, zarandeado shrimp, fried mojarra, devil shrimp, and aguachile, and everything is consistently fresh, flavorful, and served in generous portions.

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
