"Very basic, bordering on bland Italian food. Nothing special. Be prepared for gas station pricing if you don't pay cash since they add a bizarre non-cash fee if you pay by credit card. This kind of gas station pricing seems out of place at a restaurant where a couple can easily have a $200+ tab. I was also surprised that we had to pay $6 for a very basic loaf of bread. I don't understand the nickel and diming when our entrees were nearly $40 each and were honestly nothing special. It's hard to recommend this place where there are far better restaurants in the area. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3"

The food is really amazing. It's a little bit more expensive than I think it ought to be, but I have to give 5 stars for the food and service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 View menu

Additionally, I have a few other grievances: * We were charged a fee for using our credit/debit cards, which amounted to $5.25 for me. * A 20% gratuity was automatically added to our party of four's bill. * We were charged $6 for each loaf of "plain" bread, which feels excessive; at a restaurant of this caliber, complimentary plain bread should be standard. Because of these issues, I will not be returning.

Overall, my experience at L'Incanto was quite positive. Since it was my first visit and I had read numerous reviews, my expectations were high. Throughout the evening, we were asked four times if we were celebrating a special occasion, and we mentioned each time that it was an anniversary. We assumed this meant we might receive a small dessert or some kind of acknowledgment, as many restaurants do, but nothing ever came of it and it was never mentioned again. It made me wonder why they even asked in the first place.

So happy to find a quaint, top notch eatery in downtown Greer! Had been hearing rumblings of a great Italian place so my family, who enjoys great food and wine, made a reservation for my parents’ anniversary. From the bread to the wine to the caprese salad, the pasta, steak, fish and pheasant were all on point. The server was attentive and polite, the atmosphere was lovely a little loud for my mom’s taste and the desserts sounded amazing, though we had cake waiting for us at home. You can’t go wrong here and we can’t wait to go back! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Recommended dishes: Caprese Salad

"My husband and I decided to give Select a try today for lunch. We found parking nearby and were able to walk to the restaurant easily. I had called ahead to make a reservation, but it was a last minute reservation and we arrived ten minutes after making the phone call. They were able to accommodate us despite this and we were so happy! We were greeted by two friendly and sweet hostesses and were promptly taken to a table. The place was very busy, but we were still seated at a table appropriate for my aging husband who finds high-top tables impossible. So we were glad to have seats at a regular table with a banquette on one side and a chair on the other. I opted for the chair. My husband mentioned the banquette was a little too low for his comfort, but I found the chair just the right height and it was also comfortable. We were seen very quickly by a wonderful waitress who took our drink order and then promptly returned to take our lunch order, which was welcome because we were on a tight time schedule, having a medical appointment immediately after our lunch. The menu was mesmerizing and very difficult for us to make a selection because EVERYTHING sounded great! In addition to regular offerings, on Saturdays, they offer brunch until 2:30pm! The brunch menu sounded fantastic but I really wanted a salad today! I ordered a field greens salad with grilled chicken, blue cheese sprinkles, walnuts, strawberries and a wonderful balsamic dressing. It was a a very large salad, but I loved it and ate nearly every bite. There was a very generous amount of chicken on top and it was marinated and flavorful without being spicy, something I dislike. My husband ordered a chicken salad sandwich with house-made waffle chips that were out of this world. The sandwich was delicious, well presented with crunchy crisp lettuce and tomato and it was yummy. It was also large enough to take half home and later on, for dinner, we split that half and it was just as good and enough for us to feel satisfied. Our requests for extra ice, paper napkin (I wanted to take a piece of chicken home to my Chihuahua! , drink refills, our checkwere met politely and promptly. All in all we had a wonderful experience today and we definitely want to return to try the brunch offerings and perhaps a dinner entree at some point because they too sounded great. One thing I want to say about my salad today is this: Often when I have received my order of a salad in the past at other restaurants, the lettuce is often tired, worn-looking, maybe even has some unsightly brown edges. THIS salad was fresh, crisp and utterly delightful, presented beautifully on the plate, too, something I appreciate when I dine out. Yum, yum, yummy! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4"
