"So, I think it’s great that they put a salad on the table when they seat you, BUT...they need to put water out also, or get your drinks expeditiously. Now this is a very informal place, and maybe expecting a good martini was foolish. Don’t order a martini. Stick with bottled beer. Now for the food. Salad was fresh, and the garlic dressing was very good. I had steak and shrimp. I’m not positive, but the shrimp tasted fresh and not out of a box. The steak was perfectly cooked and very good. Others had a steak (also perfect) and chicken fried steak. Maybe they were misunderstood, but I think they got a country fried steak, or maybe here in Texas it is different. My chicken fried is flour, milk, flour. This had some kind of a mix on it instead. So over all it was a good meal. Not great, but good. They did have lots of free parking."

It was so cute and cozy in the Little Red Barn restaurant. Our waitress was pretty amazing. She was very friendly and knowledgeable.

The food was very disappointing. The portions are smaller and the prices are higher. My chicken fried steak was at best warm, gravy was watery, there was a rotten tomato in my salad. Our table was stained with red soda marks all over it.
