"My husband wanted to go to an upper end steakhouse tonight. Fortunately, they were all booked and we end up here! It was busy, yet our waitress was very attentive, made sure we were taken care of and were satisfied with our food. Everything we tried tonight we delicious ? no complaints, only happy taste buds and happy tummies ? If you 're undecided on trying the crispy Brussels, don 't be! Go for it and thank me later!? Trust me, my husband finished them before he touched his steak or Mac-n-cheese ??? I 'm like, are you ok? He 's like you have to try these... I finished mine too! The white cheddar stuffed mushrooms ? ? ? ? Stuffed mushrooms are some of my favorite and these were hands ???down, some of the best I 've ever had??? The Western Shrimp ? ? ? Again, hands ? ? ? ? down Some of the best ? I 've ever had! I couldn 't stop eating it? I was surprised by how good this place was. I was able to use the online waitlist. All of the food was cooked perfectly in my opinion. Our drinks were refilled promptly and the rest of the service was great. I definitely think this better than other chain steakhouses.

We were seated in the very back of the restaurant despite it being quite empty at 8:30 PM, which felt intentional. The manager, Nick or Lorenzo, didn’t address us in a professional manner, even though he was the manager on duty. Nobody yelled; it seemed like the waitress was playing the victim. To top it off, the manager shouted at us as we were leaving and said, “We got some for you,” which felt threatening. The food was lackluster, with no ribs available and a tasteless steak. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. I have my bank statement as proof that we were there on Wednesday, 10/25/23. This was my first experience at LongHorn Steakhouse, and I think I'm an educated steak consumer. I order a board pickup dinner of the fillet / lobster combo, French onion soup, brussel sprouts and loaded potato. I also treated myself with the chocolate cheesecake dessert. My order was on time and very well packed. It was complete and hot was hot and cold was cold. The lobster was small and tasty. The steak was not as rare as I wanted, but very tender and really good.
