"May 6th, 2022 A really good one ????It was a Friday night and they were really busy. Despite that I got a table right away. The waiter was friendly and attentive to my needs (should’ve asked his name). The food came fast, unfortunately both, the salmon (10 oz) and the steak (9 oz file) were slightly undercooked. Which was not a big deal for me at all.Michelle (the manager) did handle this issue very professionally. I requested another file and asked them to grill up the fish just a bit more. My steak came exactly as I requested, medium. It was tasty and juicy???? The salmon was fine too.Kudos to the whole team and the management. I will definitely be back. Thank you very much for the professionalism and tasty food."

the food was good. steaks were cooked properly. we had, too, decent. friendly service, but a little hurry. a great neger: everything was too salty. better to use less or no salt, as both salt and pepper mills are on the table.

The good: decent atmosphere, clean, waiter efficient and friendly, appetizer of shrimp was really good, fast service. The decent: cheeseburger was okay but not great. The bad: French fries looked like they were reheated, not even warm and bland. They in fact lived down to my initial concerns. I should have stopped at the appetizer. I will be willing to try it again just to see if the steaks are any good. No fries though! View menu

You tell me what their problem is. We use call ahead. The hostess (which was some boy) called our name at the appropriate time. We walk to our table past a bunch of empties and wind up back in the corner, next to the restroom, by a large group. We say, Can you seat us at another table? . The boy says No, this is what 's available . I look at my wife, she shakes her head. We turn and walk back out past a bunch of empty tables. We wind up at Black Agave. The wife loved her shrimp enchiladas. My Chili con Carne was good. The server was great. We left a nice 20% tip. I guess the wait staff Longhorn doesn 't like 20% tips.

I’ve eaten here many times over the course of the years since some of my older family members really like it. To me it’s just average chain-restaurant fare. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of just 3 was because my father was not at all happy with his steak. He said it was gristly and half of it was inedible. The server was quick to correct the problem, and, after a short time, the manager brought a new steak to the table complete with a baked potato made the special way it had been ordered originally. She didn’t even bat an eye when my father immediately asked her for a to-go box. So you made it right, made him happy (which isn’t easy to do), and, therefore, made me happy.
