We've came a few times, with coworkers and family. The appetizers are always good. The drinks also. The vibe is good. I like it. The only thing that sucks is the service. They take soooo long to get your order, bring it to the table, but quick to pick up the check.

He’s the best experience with Eileen. She was soo sweet and recommended the best food! I don’t normally get the best dirty martinis everywhere I go… I told Eileen how I like them and MY GAWD!!! Perfect! Kudos to her and the bartenders can’t wait to come back! Such a good vibe here

Been to this Bar a few times since the year started and never felt the need to review this place. This last week when I came in it was slow and I took the time to ask our bartender for his specialty drink. I dont know what it's called but he killed it! I love this refreshing drink. I wasn't very impressed with my experience. The service was quite disappointing. We sat at the bar, and even though it wasn’t a busy night, the atmosphere was ruined by the incredibly loud music, making it difficult to have a conversation without raising our voices. The food was decent, and the bar has the potential to be a fun spot. However, the staff seemed disengaged, which really took away from the overall experience.

Excellent drinks and tasty food, but the bartenders leave much to be desired. They tend to overcharge and often forget orders and drinks. Additionally, the staff seems unfamiliar with their own menu. While the ‘Bar Louie’ brand is generally good, the employees at this location are subpar. I’ve visited during brunch and late into the evening, and the service remains consistent in its shortcomings. Perhaps it's an issue with management? Proceed at your own risk and be sure to double-check your tab!

The patio can be great when the waitresses are making sure you and your table get drinks and foood in a timely manner. Inside is good when the DJ is there creating a good environment. Food overall is decent and at price point. It does take along time to get drinks or beer. Bartenders should not get upset when you as the customer, has to keep asking for service. Managers should be more courteous, when customers bring these issues up. Dont want to know how understaffed you are at the bar or kitchen. Response given my manager and all staff. View menu

Bad, bad, bad service!!!! If you’re trying to go out to have fun and few drinks please avoid this place.. lazy staff. Takes hours to get a table if you do and it’s not even because they are busy. You can’t get a table because they are dirty with dishes and no one cleans them. Bartenders take forever to serve even though you’re in front of them. They will pass by a million times but won’t ask you if you want anything to drink. I tried it once and thought it might of been just one day thing, the second time it was worst. Not sure how people still go to this place. Luckily we found another spot near by.

This isn’t the first time I’ve experienced poor service here. The door attendant was lacking in professionalism, and some of the bartenders seemed to prioritize serving the female crowd over others. While the servers were friendly, the door attendant definitely needs a serious talk about customer service. To make matters worse, a couple who arrived around 8:15 PM were seated before us, despite not having a reservation as they ended up on the patio. This place used to be my go-to for a meal and drinks on a Friday night, but after this experience, I might have to rethink my choices. Overall, the service was disappointing.

I 'm honestly giving three stars because my past experiences have been better than this past Saturday. My daughter, mom and myself decided to have a quick meal. We were told to sit anywhere we wanted so we sat away from the door because there was a party of about 12 girls being very loud who were yelling and laughing. They took our drink order, brought them back within 10 minutes and took our order. My mom and daughter got their meals within 15 20 minutes. The waitress came back about 40 minutes later asking if I had received my order. I told her that I hadn 't so she said she would go check for me.
