I absolutely loved this place! We visited during a weekend trip, and I was so excited about the Italian Beef sandwich that I almost bit my finger while eating it. My daughter enjoyed the chicken alfredo. I will definitely be returning!

No frills restaurant with good, cheap eats. I ordered the Italian beef sandwich and personal pepperoni pizza for the kiddos. The pizza was great and the sandwich had good flavor. Personally, I would've loved some kind of sauce or spread but it still tasted good

Lukes by far is the best place to get a great selection of Chicago favorites. “Voted Best Beef in Chicago”. A must stop if near the Sears tower. This place is priced very fair with long time employees that are treated well by the owner. Please try Lukes a try today. It’s another Chicago gem.

A busy and quick stop for lunch. We were greeted by friendly staff. There are a ton of options to choose from! We ordered an Italian sub and a meatball sub. There is a lot of meat on the Italian sandwich. The meatballs were large and a ton of sauce— it was more of a fork and knife meal than a sandwich.

Was in Chicago for work and staying a few blocks from Luke’s. Searched for a good place for an Italian beef. It was “classic”… dipped… great flavor!! The service was excellent!! …and the chili cheese fries were the perfect side. The flavor did not overshadow the Italian beef. The photo was after walking back to my hotel room and digging in!

Stopped here for lunch as I had to try a local Chicago hot dog This place was extremely popular as the queue was looong! I ordered the standard Chicago Style All Beef Vienna Now as hot dogs go…I was underwhelmed, more so for the price But hey, it filled a lunch time spot without making me feel bloated I like the decor and set up, but would I return….been there, no need for a repeat visit I simply have different culinary expectations
