Solid menu of hits that are always good like French onion soup, frog legs, etc. But the real fun tries to expand their new menu elements and always dessert options. Oysters are also great.

Hidden jewel local restaurant in Long Island City near the subways. Excellent French onion soup. Great customer service, great atmosphere, good music and friendly staff. Anyway, it'll be back.

The food at M. Wells is an amazing experience, from the atmosphere to the staff to the incredible menu. I was uncertain about Duck in a pumpkin, but can confirm that it was absolutely delicious. The French onion soup was also on the spot, and I don't think I had a better chocolate mousse in my life. I recommend M. Wells for a nice evening and will definitely return to try the rest of the menu!

What a beautiful experience we had here. Probably the best hospitality we experienced of all restaurants in LIC. Laura, Charles, and Paul were incredible. Oysters were delicious as well as their notable French onion soup. Best entree was the short ribs! Definitely going back for some food and wine! Had a triple date with some friends here the other night and Charles made sure our experience was wonderful. Shoutout for talking about specials like they were a monologue. We shared oysters and poutine for the table. The oysters were fresh and the Poutine as expected was gooey and delicious. I had their sour mocktail, which gave me everything I wanted without a hangover. Mocktail game is strong. My boyfriend and I shared the Monkfish Bourguignon and the Foie Gras burger, both melted in your mouth, full of flavor and comfort. We will definitely be back and highly recommend this place to everyone!

AMAZING FOOD, AMAZING STAFF Came here for a friend's birthday and had a pretty good experience. It was a set menu because of the number of people in our group. The appetizers were yummy but weren't a fan of the wedge salad because I don't like blue cheese, and they can't separate it from the dish, which was a bummer. The main course steak was delicious with a perfect medium rare for dessert it was apple pie and ice cream, which was a perfect match and great ending. The atmosphere was really nice and the staff were super attentive. The only thing was that we waited quite a while for each dish of food, which made us a little annoyed because we were hungry.
