"Fantastic find! With so many dining options in the UTC area, we struggled to make a decision. However, a quick search for sushi led us to the perfect spot, and I'm convinced nothing else in the area could compare. The Peruvian roll was absolutely amazing. We also tried the California Roll and the Dynamite Roll, both of which were excellent. I also had my first Cusquena Peruvian beer, and it was delightful! I can’t wait to return soon—probably within just a few days!"

I’m willing to give them the benefit of the doubt since I didn't spend much time there. However, it seems like they are experiencing an identity crisis with their menu presentation.

For my main course, I had the Lomo Saltado with beef tenderloin. It was well-prepared, but I felt it needed a bit more sauce to enhance the flavor. I also tried the Pescado a la Molto (though I might not have the name exactly right), and it was the highlight of the meal for me. It was full of flavor and served in a generous portion. View menu
