"The last time we visited Mai Thai was a few years ago. Back then, the space was smaller but cozy and had a nice atmosphere. However, during our most recent visit, we noticed some changes. The restaurant had expanded and now had more of a lounge vibe than a traditional restaurant feel. The food was still good, but despite there being few customers, the service seemed lacking. It felt like the staff was not very attentive to the needs of the guests. Unfortunately, we may not be returning to Mai Thai in the future."

extremely poor service. did not get everything we ordered. the waiter was fast and impatient. I tried to recharge myself for 2 pieces brokkoli. the food we got was actually quite good, but it was not worth the bad service. will not go back. View menu

This place is one of my favorite Thai restaurants in all of the Omaha area. I love to go here as often as possible they're ties tea is great they're drunken noodles are great The pad Thai is great they're soups are great Everything is great I love it.

The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. Our order was incomplete and the waiter seemed rushed and impatient. We were even charged for extra broccoli that we didn't order. While the food we did receive was decent, the overall experience was not worth it. We will not be returning to this establishment.

The restaurant is clean and has friendly customer service. The decor is appealing, and there are TVs on nearly every wall. While I'm not particularly fond of this type of cuisine, I thought the food was good overall. The portion sizes are generous, especially for the fried rice dish. They offer different pricing for lunch on weekdays and for dinner, which is a bit more expensive. View menu

The food was fantastic and the portions were generous, but the atmosphere and service at the 144th location left something to be desired. My utensils and appetizer plates were dirty, which was disappointing. Additionally, since this location doesn’t have a liquor license, I wasn't able to try the enticing cocktails. Overall, I would definitely order their food again, but will opt for take-out next time.

Despite the lack of patrons at the time, we felt that the wait staff did not pay enough attention to our needs. Sadly, we do not plan on returning in the future.
