"The menu was quite confusing. My husband ordered a lamb skewer and half a chicken, specifically requesting the Indian rice, which was advertised with the lamb dish. When his food arrived, it was covered in sauce that he hadn't requested. They didn't ask him if he wanted to choose from the three available sauces, and he didn't want any sauce at all. To make matters worse, they charged him extra for the Indian rice, which was incorrect. The staff member seemed unsure how to explain the dishes or how to charge for them properly. Additionally, the manager struggled to understand English and couldn't clarify any details. If that's what you’re looking for, feel free to place an order. As for my chicken dish, it was decent, but they poured hot chicken sauce over cold lettuce, which resulted in a wilted mess, and the accompanying white rice was quite bland. There was barely any yogurt sauce to balance it out."

"This was my second visit to this restaurant during a Harley ride from Sierra Vista. I opted for the Border Burger, which comes topped with an egg and corn salsa. As someone who takes burgers seriously and rates them on a 5 Napkin Scale, I often find that the messier the burger, the better it is. This one definitely earns a solid 4 napkins. I was initially skeptical about the corn salsa on a burger, but it turned out to be a delightful surprise. The atmosphere was fantastic, and the service was excellent. As Arnold Schwarzenegger would say, “I’ll be back.” Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"I have been going to this establishment since I moved to Sahuarita. Always got great service. This was until yesterday. There was a couple who where down on their luck. I decided to buy them a couple of sandwiches because they where hungry. There was noone in the store but the couple and myself. I had my sandwich given to me immediately. There was a rush that came in but thesesandwiches where ordered and paid for before the rush came in. I sat down with them and started eating my sandwich and thegentleman's sandwich was completed but no one said anything. I had to go up and ask about it. The ladies sandwich which wastoasted, sat there open faced and got cold while one of the employees, who stood next to the sandwich kept preparing sandwichesfor other forks who had come in after I had ordered and paid for the sandwiches. I had to stand by the register to make surethat the sandwich was finished because it was apparent that NO ONE was going to finish this sandwich unless prodded. The lack ofcustomer service and just human decency was in full display. These folks just wanted to eat, the food was paid for and if Iwould have left I can only imagine if they would have gotten their food. I will not go back to that Subway nor entertain usingSubway again. This was a toxic display of a flippant attitude and disregard for another human being."

"Update Yea. Years later and an attempt at an app and this place hasn't changed. Our entire order was wrong tonight and this is how our fries all turned out. No fries fell in the bag. They make $14 an hour now, and for what?? Original The remodel is nicebut looks can be deceiving. The management at this location is horrendous and it shows by how poorly trained and rude theirstaff are, how inefficient and inaccurate orders are, and how they are constantly out of stock on regularly used items, such asketchup. They constantly close the Play Place early. If you want to wait 30 minutes to place an order and recieve cold, stale,incorrect food, this is the place for you. Been in this town for 6 years and this place has yet to improve."
