"I seldom write negative reviews, but my experience at this restaurant tonight was disheartening. Even with only two tables occupied inside, we waited a staggering 53 minutes for our pizza to be served. The older gentleman who attended to us was friendly; however, another staff member seemed more focused on his phone and laughing with our table than on serving customers. When we inquired about the status of our pizza after waiting 45 minutes, he argued back instead of providing assistance. This was by far the worst service I’ve ever encountered at this location, where we typically celebrate family birthdays throughout the year. Going forward, I’ll make the extra 10-minute drive to the Arlington location instead. It was simply unacceptable for the staff to mock us in front of other customers. It’s unfortunate that they employ people like that."

Ordered a 20 inch and got 17 inch. The reason why it?s a problem is because it?s $35. Pizza is amazing in tasting and looks but that was just my problem.. I got a small extra pizza for the remake. Thank you!!

This restaurant offers incredible pizza loaded with generous toppings and features the best crust around. We keep returning because we haven't found better pizza anywhere else. The quality and service have consistently been excellent over the years.

I have no idea why this particular Mamas Pizza location can?t seem to cook a pizza properly? It is burned 100% of the time. I live 1 minute away, but would rather drive to Berry St or Bryant Irvin to satisfy my craving. Please MP, take note and fix thisissue. The attached photo is very typical of the way I?ve gotten my pizza every single time I bite the bullet and give themanother try.

I've been a loyal fan of Mama's Pizza for a long time, but I have to say that I've been very disappointed with their quality recently. I ordered a pizza with mushrooms, pepperoni, and jalapeños, but to my dismay, it was mostly topped with jalapeños and had very little pepperoni and mushrooms. The cheese was bland and lacked texture, and the pizza seemed undercooked. Considering they didn't appear to be busy, this just added to my disappointment.
