"I convinced my husband to try the Cafe inside the Quilted Bear tonight. We were both starving as neither of us had eaten all day. Wow...what a $50 epic fail! Where to start...the wait time, since they had no customers, was ridiculous considering how quickly they can turn out an order on their food truck. When our order actually did come out, it was missing my soup and my husband's cinnamon roll, so we had to go ask for that, which took another eternity to make its way to our table. My husband ordered the Daddy, and we turn out a better grilled cheese at home than what my husband was served. I think one of the slices of bread was a week old stale slice of bread randomly used on his sandwich (which was pretty small). It was literally crouton hard. I told him to wait to eat it with my soup to soften it up a bit. My sandwich was actually pretty good, I had the Spicy, they were out of the jalapeño bread, so I had regular bread...still larger than my husband's sandwich. We both decided to try the cheese fries, they were just soggy with a lot of melted cheese. Another huge disappointment. Meanwhile, we are still waiting on the soup and cinnamon roll. At this point my husband has finished his incredibly unimpressive food, I slowly ate half my sandwich waiting for my soup to come out so I could at least have my soup and sandwich together. We heard the microwave and shortly thereafter out came my watery tomato soup with some grated cheese throughout it and the cinnamon roll. I finished the other half of my sandwich with some of the microwaved soup. Again, what an epic fail. I mean, it's pretty hard to screw up a grilled cheese, or even an order that consist of grilled cheese, soup and cheese fries. Now, if they had been swamped, I'd be a bit more understanding, but seriously!? We were the only ones there, and the order ahead of us was an order of mozzarella sticks. I've worked the food service industry and I'm not sure where the malfunction was but maybe management needs to reevaluate its shift manager or manager and spend a little time with their employees on what customer service and quality actually are, because tonight we wasted $50 on some of the worst food and customer service we've experienced in a long time."

The food was incredible! If you're a fan of cheese, this place is a must-visit. The staff was also incredibly friendly.

I paid nearly $10 for a large order of fries for my kids' school activity, and they were burnt with an awful flavor. My kids didn't eat them at all. I'm very disappointed.

Missing the kids fries and drink, nothing was even warm when we got it. Every sandwich was burnt, when you stuck a fork in the cheese fries you pulled everything out of the container at once.

Mama's used to load the cheese the way they load up the fries. Still great but should be better for the money. Used to be generous with drink refills, dips and hot sauce. Kinda slacking lately.

Went in to eat recently with girlfriend. Nice place and good food. Only complaint is brown blonde hair girl with mole at the front stand seemed like she did not want to be there and was not super friendly.

The food is good on occasion, but the wait time is often lengthy, and sometimes it doesn't justify the delay. The staff can be unfriendly and may appear condescending. If you're willing to wait 30 minutes for a satisfactory meal, you might be better off going somewhere else or cooking at home. View menu

So… I ordered a sandwich with combo $5 More for combo. Wanted a Parmesan fry in substitution of plain fry. Was told I’d have to pay the difference. Clearly difference means full price. Must be some of that local math, God bless! Enjoy your gas station Grandma Cookies!Post food delivery: Western Cowboy had not a trace of BBQ sauce. Friends accompanying us had still frozen chunk of cheese in their Spicy! Hope this review saves others money and time.

We actively seek out Mama’s Toasted Cheeser and go there any time we see it! We’ve never once been disappointed! The food is always top notch, you’re always treated like family, and they always go above and beyond to make sure that you have a great experience! We are there for dinner tonight when their truck was parked near the Clinton Walmart and I got the j chicken cheeser! I asked for spicy and boy did I get it! It was the perfect amount of spicy and cheesy! Of course, the fries and the cheeser were both cooked to perfection! We have two little boys who practically jump out of their seats when we tell them we are going there! They definitely have something for everyone! Give them a try, I...

"I rarely give 5 stars. You have to earn them. Laan Thai does just that. This restaurant checks so many boxes we were shocked. Typically restaurants fall in a category or two. Flavor, Cost, Service, Cleanliness and Decor, and branding.FoodThe food is very flavorful and the mixture of flavors stands out. We had the crispy duck red curry and pineapple pork fried rice. The flavors and textures are expertly crafted. The crispy duck is in fact crispy. Seems like a small detail. But many mom and pop restaurants don't take the time and care in the food details. This restaurant does. Very impressive. Also the serving sizes are huge! I suspect that over time the food quality and at least the serving sizes might change. They have only been open for 4 months. It will be interesting to see if they can maintain that business model.CostThe cost is a bit higher then most places. This is not a cheap date night. We spent about 25 a person for just the for the 2 entrees. Before people complain this is definitely a you get what you pay for The cost is in line with other restaurants in this price range. Totally worth the cost. Especially if you enjoy Thai!ServiceWow! It is not often service is top notch in this kind of restaurant. Typically the service consists of very friendly staff. The service watched our table very closely. Which was very refreshing. There was no staff members sitting in the corner on their phone. Every moment was utilized by the staff for their customers. Impressive.Clean/DecorThis is possibly the restaurants only downfall. The restaurant was clean. It is decently taken care of. The decor is not cheesy or over the top. The videos that were playing on the TVs was an interesting choice. They should show custom videos of their own or stock content of Asian inspired Street food. They were streaming some random YouTube video of street food and some guy walking around a city? I like the idea. But it cheapened the feeling of the restaurant. Some awesome Asian food or street food being shown that looks as good as their food would up the overall feeling of the restaurant.BrandingMost restaurants lack in this category. Asian restaurants usually fail in this category. But wow! Just open their menu that is expertly designed was very refreshing. The photos were impressive and alllows an inside look to their food. The mouth watering images really help you understand the value of the food you are about to eat. They need to update their building sign as the old business sign is still hanging.I very rarely give a 5 star. Companies need to earn it. This is definitely a 5 star restaurant. Our hope is their food quality stays the same. Their food costs must be high so you may see the quality or portion sizes stay as they are.Definitely a must go."
