"My kids love Mark's but I am honestly really disappointed by what just happened. So I put in a online order not realizing that it was close to closing time. Someone called informed me that they weren't delivering to middleport so I offered to pick it up but she said that they were closing soon. I said no problem, and it's understandable since they were close to closing. When asked if they charged my cc they told me it will take 5-7 bus. Days to be refunded and that's ridiculous. I get it taking a few days but I put in a large order and prices have went up for us all. What used to be a fifty dollar order is now 100 for a pizza night. Thank goodness we aren't in a tight budget otherwise it would have been a big inconvenience. Please look into this"

Dine in on NFL opening night. Food service drinks atmosphere was great. they even stayed open later than scheduled bissness hours to accommodate the football game. We ordered a gluten free pizza with extra sauce tonight at Mark's on Medina. We received an unchewable, dry, burned, almost sauce free gf pizza that wasn't cheap. The waitress (who was very nice) expressed her regrets but there's no way we will be back to order gluten free from Mark's. It's sad because generally it's a good place to go. Whenever we visit Medina we make sure to stop in and grab a slice, usually to go or we sit at the tables outside. Today however, we decided to dine in and for the second time we were hosted by Isaiah. He was very kind and checked in on us often. He made sure we were taken care of and made sure we always had enough to drink. The pizza itself is very delicious. It's on the thinner side which makes it crispier and way better than most places.
