I have been eating here for lunch for awhile and the quality just keeps dropping.

Delicious food and outstanding service! I made a mistake with my order, but they corrected it at no extra charge. The manager was fantastic!

We ordered our specialty pizzas, but they were basically like crackers—barely any sauce and lacking in flavor. To top it off, there were no desserts available, just raw cinnamon rolls priced at $9. For that amount, I could easily order a fresh pizza from Domino's. I won’t be returning to this location.

I recently relocated to OKC and my fiancé and I decided to stop by this restaurant for a quick lunch and try out their buffet. Unfortunately, I must say the salad bar was nearly empty, and the pizza looked like it had been sitting out all day. I requested a fresh pizza, but it took 45 minutes to arrive. To top it off, the manager seemed to be stressed and overwhelmed. Overall, this was a huge disappointment! I wouldn’t recommend wasting your time or money here, and I personally won’t be returning. Worst experience ever. I ordered pizzas for a baby shower and all were burnt, dry, no sauce, and hard crust. The calzones, too. Absolutely inedible. Waste of money! They wanted me to send the pizzas back as proof but I wasn't aware of the problem until after the party when I went back to help clean. This was at a work event. I sent them what was left over in the break room after most was trashed, and they said the pizza was fine. Tonight, we decided to visit the restaurant after our plans to discuss the matter with the manager. He eventually acknowledged, after reviewing some photos, that the order was delivered to the wrong location, yet he still refused to issue a refund. Instead, he only provided us with the General Manager's phone number, which turned out to be the same as the customer service number for Mazzios. During our conversation, Lee, the manager, was rude, immature, and nearly explosive, even while we attempted to explain that his reasoning—pointing out several cars parked outside to prove it was the right house—was flawed. We didn’t receive our order last night and they were closed when I tried to call about the issue. We couldn 't call the next day until 8pm due to plans and this thing called sleeping, and when we did we were told the Manager delivered it himself and won 't give a refund. We went in to the store tonight after our plans and tried to discuss the issue with the manager.
