"I was really excited when I saw deli, but when I came in, it was another chain closer to a panera brot or corner baker only less character. I ordered the reuben when I had believed one for a few days. what they served was the sad echo of a reub. I hope they don't have ny stands because it won't take long. also a lemon that was pretty good and finally there are chocolate chip cookies. too many chocolate chips. the taste was a bit off as if they did not use enough salt when baking and then it was hard as if it was on the edge of the quiet. I was hoping that would be a regular stop for me, but now I'm going to doubt that I'm coming back."

store manager steve ricks and his employees are very community-oriented and supportive for events. eating is fantastic and the service is excellent. the bathrooms are clean and it is a wonderful, family-friendly atmosphere.

We were pleasantly surprised at this place. Lots of options and the baked potato option is something you wouldn't get at another deli. I had a salad and a sandwich. Both were nicely done. The ordering to delivery was seamless. Great job.

Unfortunately, McAlister's is experiencing staff shortages and supply chain issues like many other places. The staff worked diligently to take care of all the customers. I’m giving it 5 stars because the line moved quickly, and our orders were served as soon as possible. The challenges weren’t the fault of the staff. I appreciate that they showed up to work on a Sunday!

Usually love McAlister's when I travel back to Virginia but first time stopping at this one. The choose 2 I ordered came with a 1 2 club wrap that was very small but tasted fine. I mostly love the chili so I upgraded to a bowl. The bowl came out about two thirds filled. It tasted ok but was not as good as usual mostly because instead of being chopped ground beef it was huge chunks of ground beef I had to break up with my spoon to be able to eat. View menu

in 5 minutes before the closing went and the girl and the register rolled her eyes totally. not friendly. had her elbow on the table and the head rested on her face. no care in the world for customer service. order was to go. 8 27, 5:55 pm beyond that, they locked the doors for us when we were waiting for our food and we were asked to go through the side door. there was an older man who had been thinking about it because it is against the ada to do this, and the staff simply shut him down.

Not my first time eating here and I don’t normally complain about things even when the food isn’t good however yesterday I went there around 6:15pm to eat and was told I couldn’t dine in REALLY? That very poor customer service ! There closing time was 7pm you telling me that in 45 minutes I wouldn’t eat and be out? Most restaurants will accommodate people who were already inside before closing time and it’s not like I was coming in at closing timeI won’t be back their food is not that good to begin with
