"McAlister's has long been a favorite place to eat. I love how the potato chips used to cover the plate. I used to order the muffaletta, my favorite sandwich from just about anywhere. Those features are long gone, but they have always, in all the states where I've eaten at McAlister's, had the best tasting tea. It's phenomenal. I ordered the Crunchy Turkey sandwich, mainly out of curiosity. It was quite good, the crunch, and a little heat, coming from jalapeno potato chips on a sandwich of turkey, bacon, and avocado. It's a good combination of flavors and texture on the ciabatta bread. Instead of covering the plate with chips anymore, the only viable side I saw was potato salad, which was flavorless overall.This store had good service with friendly staff."

Food is great, especially the Spuds. A little on the pricey side however you pay for the experience. It’s a chill atmosphere, and the workers are quick to get your order out to you. Definitely one of our favorites. View menu

The Anderson location is always good. We order our food off the app and pick it up it's always ready to go when we get there and the food is always good when we get it home. Maybe a little pricey but that's the price you pay for convenience

My Mom 's favorite! Mom is 93, lives in Cincinnati. I am in Florida, so order delivery for a treat. They always get the order right, on time, and well packaged. This is her favorite place. When I ask, she answers, anything, from McAlisters! . The chicken salad croissant and fruit always makes her day.

I did an Uber Eats order for a Southwest salad and a cup of fresh fruit, plus a brownie because yes, BROWNIES! The salad was enormous, it could probably feed two. The fruit was a nice mix of things, The delivery was prompt, correct, and everything was so fresh!!I definitely recommend it for folks who want fresh food that's healthy, or those little indulgences that aren't. When I walked up to the counter to order my food, one of the employees seemed to be available to take my order. She looked at me and then walked into the back. The other employee, a young woman with blonde hair, was forced to stop what she was doing and-rightfully so-was a little flustered as she came to kindly and respectfully help me. This has happened multiple times before--which is the only reason I'm leaving a review. The food is great, the environment is nice, but I just felt that was kind of rude. If you see a customer don't just ignore them, I see the poor young lady who helped me here all the time and she's constantly having to bust her butt. Lucky to have her!

Im wondering what you all did to lose your GREAT, WELCOMING, PLEASANT staff. Ive not been in in almost 2 months and lets just say it has been an unpleasant experience. Usually when i walk in i know everyone will engage and make it a nice time to ordertil we leave the restaurant. The experience this time was awkward and i felt like i should of just left. She never asked me if iwanted to order she just stared at me until i ordered. Never told me a total and was never provided a receipt.
